In this episode, Yoga Therapist Jeanette Conery shares some of the challenges of sheltering in place during the COVID-19 Crisis and how Ayurvedic practices have helped.  

Climate change activist Peter Melton joins us at the table to talk about the impact of the coronavirus pandemic of 2020 and what lessons we can learn from this crisis.
