JoomCast 022 - Chat with Hans Van Der Meer - A Joomla volunteer
Welcome to the last episode of JoomCast season #1. Today we speak with Hans van der Meer. Hans has been volunteering with Joomla since the beginning of Joomla and has been an active contributor to the Joomla project. Speaking to Hans was a unique experience since he doesn’t develop websites or extensions for Joomla but still volunteers his time and that is something different between himself and the rest of our guests.

With that, we say Farewell for the time being from JoomCast. It has been a very smooth ride meeting all the amazing people from the Joomla Community and we’ll be back with a much more exciting Season soon very soon!

He was also the Ex-member of the Board of Directors for Open Source Matters (OSM), a nonprofit organization that guides the Joomla! The project, member of the FiT team (Finance team), member of the Joomla! User Group (JUG) Team, the Joomla! Social Media Team & member of the Joomla! Events Team. He was also one of the organizers of JoomlaDay India, and a member of the JUG Team Pune, India.
Currently, he's working for Senado Federal - A government organization in Brazil.

JoomCast 007 With Daniel Dubois - Vice President at Joomla
Daniel Dubois is a French Joomla volunteer. He's 54 (in few days), lives in Brittany with his wife (thank her for her patience) and her Great dane named Gamine, the #OPS chief officer at OSM.
He has discovered Joomla in 2007 without having any skills in coding. Because he loves to share and help others, Joomla became a part of his life and he is involved in the project as a volunteer since 2014.
He've launched his own company in 2013 as webmaster freelance and now, he works exclusively with and for Joomla.
Since, he has written hundreds of tutorials and articles about our CMS on his blog, on the JCM, etc.
He has also founded a JUG in Brittany. He has been attended (mainly as a speaker) at 3 JWC, 2 JAB, 1 CMS Africa and 5 JoomlaDay. And of course, he'll be in London next November.
