The Death Witch

The idea of A Good Death is discussed frequently in the death care field. Everyone seems to think they can judge what a good death looks like for someone else. This episode covers my thoughts on this topic as well as a reading of my latest poem entitled, The Good Death.

I chose to launch this podcast on my mother's birthday. I didn't know how much that would stir up the grief once again, even after 15 years. Sharing our story, her story and the reasons I am an end of life attendant are a direct result of my and my mother's relationship with death.
