Chad McMillan is an independent venture capitalist and creative artist based out of Vancouver, Canada, working at the intersection of consciousness, creativity, and capital.

As a second-generation participant in the early-stage public venture markets, he has founded and ran early-stage and startup ventures, both private and public, in nearly every executive capacity.  He has held roles from Vice President, Director, CEO, and Strategic Advisor for mining, technology and entertainment ventures to name a few.  For over 15 years, he has assisted companies along their respective journeys, helping raise millions of dollars and increasing shareholder value through a commitment to inspiring missions, clear vision, and steady execution.

Along the way, feeling burnt out from the rat race and called to a deeper purpose, he began to transform his lifestyle; exploring the intuitive arts, improving personal habits, and expanding his world into more soul-fulfilling experiences.  After 15 months working with a shaman, releasing a number of toxic patterns, and over a year on a solo spiritual pilgrimage that took him deep into Central America, he returned to the Westcoast of British Columbia to expand upon his crafts and contributions to our world.

After years of wild stories and adventures, and inspired by the principles of alchemy and transformation, he now helps advance innovative startup, creative, and lifestyle ventures via his private companies; Wokaura Art & Innovations Inc., McMillan Strategies, and Kaypieye Media Inc.
