18. The Answer to Finding Answers: Pausing to Listen
When we're pursuing answers, sometimes we forget the most obvious solution to trying to hear past all the noise to get to our answer: listening.
This super short episode provides some food for thought about the practice of posing questions and listening for answers, and suggests the answers you're searching for are either coming your way when you take a moment to listen for them or are already accessible to you now; you just have to get quiet for a moment to hear them.

Sometimes we forget the life of our dreams, or really, the lifestyle of our dreams, costs a monetary amount. But it does!
Then, when we remember that, sometimes we feel icky for wanting more money and thus -- womp -- never get any more of it.

11. Ways to Feel Better When You're Feeling Sad
Sometimes we go through days or even seasons of sadness, and we just need a pick-me-up. Life is not always perfect, so when we feel sad, it's good to have some go-tos for what we can do to feel better and bounce back quicker onto the path of our dreams.
