As of Fall 2023, Smithline maintains her testimony and was also slated to take the stand at a trial by a Jane Doe in LA. In final days leading up to trial, Doe motioned to block Manson and others from taking the stand against her as well as motioned for the court to block her communications that directly dispute her sworn written testimony from reaching a jury. She chose to settle before the judge would issue a ruling.

On Jan. 30, actress Evan Rachel Wood broke news to the world that a Jane Doe filed a lawsuit in the State of New York against Marilyn Manson on abuse allegations from 1995 and 1999. Tune in as we discuss Doe's efforts against Manson, Interscope and Trent Reznor's label Nothing Records with a Me Too law firm out for money over 30-year-old marketing materials.

UPDATE: As of Fall 2023, Jane Doe has been identified as Bianca Allaine Kyne. Kyne's attorneys have failed to serve the record label defendants and the case is pending dismissal.

After her case was dismissed in May 2022, an ex personal assistant of Marilyn Manson named Ashley Walters has gone on to have her appeal denied for *twice* failing to actually even file an appeal. Her time isn't up, though! Evidence shows Walters was leaking private personal information of Manson's without his authorization to Evan Rachel Wood's ex-girlfriend Ashley Illma Gore. Yes. The conspiracy allegation is really coming into view.

That's now not one but TWO Marilyn Manson lawsuits to bite the dust in January 2023. First it was Ashley Smithline and now it's Game of Thones actress Esme Bianco's turn. Bianco's lawsuit has had a rocky road that's included attorney mistakes, claims dismissed by the court, multiple amended versions and more. But all that has come to an end with the actress resolving her case to move on with her life and career. 

When Marilyn Manson filed a lawsuit against actress Evan Rachel Wood and her employee Ashley Illma Gore -- most had no clue who Gore even was.
