Jenn and Ken have been training with us at CrossFit Cleveland for 12 years, beginning back in 2009 with our Executive Fitness Starter Program.
Listen to them talk about what got them started, why they stick around and how fitness has become an integral part of their lives. They both feel they are better teachers (they are Design Professors at local universities) and better outside the gym in so many ways. They show up, do the work and have seen amazing results year after year.
Showing up and walking through our doors is the hardest part. We take it from there. We meet you where you are, beginner, intermediate or advance(usually beginner or completely sedentary) and guide you to a stronger, healthier and more energetic lifestyle. Simple steps, repeated week after week, will change the direction of your life.
