In this episode we dive deep into discussion about allergies with The Peanut Allergy Epidemic author, Heather Fraser. If you haven't read her book, I highly recommend it - it's not just a book of opinion, but rather a deep look at all the research and studies surrounding allergies. She defines allergies as evolved defense against toxicity, a simple definition that actually makes sense. We chat about the burst of allergic reactions in the 90's, the potential causes, and where we are now. Allergies are fast becoming one of the biggest pharmaceutical money makers. Once a rare condition, allergies are now more than common place and almost standard in typical life. In my practice, I can see that often an intolerance of something will have an immune response that is long standing and is usually misdiagnosed by allopathic doctors. Why are they sweeping this allergy business under the rug? How do we find the cause behind the cause, and how do we name it?  In this episode I chat about my thoughts on finding the cause and what that might look like. Radionics (and energy in general) is not one size fits all, because we are not one size fits all. Each snowflake is infinitely unique, as is each witness that we put in our well. This requires us to approach the work in the way that resonates with us. Two practitioners can have the same incredible results, but may get there in entirely different ways. That is the beauty of this work.  I also touch on my thoughts about naming things and diagnosis. Not a huge fan. Understanding something to help balance it feels better, but sometimes I don't fully understand and maybe never will - and that's ok with me.  Anyways, hope you enjoy! Everything done in energy work is done best "In Divine Order with harm to none".  That means that we do not force anything, we open the channel for balance, and allow the space for the work to be done. Sometimes, this takes longer than we wish. Sometimes, it doesn't work at all. In Divine Order means that God's will be done. I LOVE the Healy. If you have to choose between the Healy or a Radionic Instrument, definitely go Radionic Instrument... but if you can have both, yes. I got into radionics through the Healy. It's a great energy tool, and does a lot of subtle balancing. It's not specific like an instrument, it has more of a broad sweep in my opinion. Here are a few unique ways to use your Healy.  Another thing I forgot to mention - I always take my Healy when I travel. I can't take my KRT Beacon with me on a flight, but I can take my Healy.  Also, I have another ramble about dogma. The truth is, no one can interrupt the divine things in your life better than you can with the aid of your higher self. Searching for meaning outside of you will never compare to going within. Everything outside of you and higher you, is a tool to aid you, not a dogmatic "this is the truth" answer. Question anyone that tells you what is going on in your body, that tells you how you feel, and that tells you what your experience is. Yikes. Super fun episode to day with Marty Lucas, the Energy Mechanic. Marty is a gifted practitioner, teacher, and creator. So glad to be able to chat with him! Malcom Rae, bless his heart, what an incredibly smart man. He contributed amazing ideas and research to the radionic and energy healing fields. I am currently reading 'Report on Radionics' by Edward Russell, a good book for any theory hungry practitioner, and chapter 9 is all about Malcom Rae. Great great chapter, worth reading the book just to read this chapter. Edward quotes Rae's 5 causes of illness, and that's what we will talk about in todays episode. Such a simple and clean look into what can cause disharmony, illness, and dis-ease in the body. Part of the Radionic symposium theme this year was consciousness. A part of our consciousness, is the way we think because the way we think creates the way we feel and act. You gotta love you first. You absolutely have to. No affirmation will work if you quietly hate or dislike you.  I say this without judgement, the reason I know this is true, is because I have lived through it. I thought I loved myself, I thought I loved my body, I thought I respected my soul, and I thought I had a connection to the universe. The truth is, I had a lot of hatred buried inside, and I hated myself for my dark parts. If you only like your light parts, then you will continue to send shame and guilt to your dark parts, and that my friend is not self love. In this first lesson on affirmations, we dive into forgiveness work. The only way through, is through. Going around only works in planes, folks!  If you want to have the life of your dreams, good health, wealth, and all that jazz, affirmations will get you there. First, we need to retrain our subconscious to constantly forgive.
