I am in the storm.

What happens to you when the storm comes? Do you cry out and yell at God and say, "Why God?!!!" Did He not tell us that the storms were going to come? Did He not tell us that He would never leave us (in that storm) alone but that He would be WITH us always, especially IN the storm? Recently, I was asked to reflect on what were some of the strategies that I used to build a million dollar organization.  It was a great question and caused me to pause and remember some amazing years when I was active in this industry.  One of the strategies that came to mind I knew I had to share with you.  It works every time.  Its a communication technique that honors the person on the other side to be completely in control of her answers.  It also honors her by giving her simple choices (only two) at each question so that she can make the best choice for her at the time.

Time is one of your greatest resources. One of your greatest gifts.  Why is it some can accomplish so much while in the same amount of time, someone else barely gets started?  How you master your time is the KEY to your results.  Want more results?  Grow in your ability to master the hours in your day.  Grow in your ability to not allow distractions or temptations to take you off the course you set for your day.  Make a decision TODAY to stop fooling yourself that because you are "busy" that those tasks are important.  Decide today to start mastering the hours in your day, rather than doing busy tasks that take up the hours and lead to very little results.  YOU have been given the power to choose.

In my pondering as a Coach, I have found what I believe is THE question. The only question that changes everything.  BECAUSE = From your answer to THIS question will come the results of your life!
