Tails of the World, The Book features 65 pet photographers from around the world. 100% of the photo session fees and book sales go to help pets in need. The session fee of $99 will go to benefit the Oregon Dog Rescue. Your session will include a custom photography session with Kim Hoshal Photography and one of your dog's portraits will appear in the Tails of the World, The Book. The book will be coming out in the Spring of 2024 and will benefit Second Chance Animal Rescue.
There are only 10 spots available. Once I have reviewed the application, you will be notified that you have been accepted for your dog to take part in this international project.
Things to consider:
-Do you live in the Portland area?
-Is your dog motivated by treats, funny sounds, or toys?
-Are they outgoing and not too shy? (These are quicker sessions than normal so I don't get my usual warm-up time)
-Are you available on any of the following days for either early morning or early evening shoots? May 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th or June 4th or 11th

Interview with Kyle Camberg of The Sunshine Division
On this special episode, I am joined by Kyle Camberg of The Sunshine Division. The Sunshine Division provides free emergency food and clothing to families and individuals in a time of crisis. One of their big annual fundraisers is the Winter Wonderland at Portland International Raceway. The event is a drive-through light show, but one night every year they close the track to all vehicles so you can walk the displays with your furry best friend. The Lights and Leashes event is on Tuesday, November 29th from 4:15pm-9:30pm. All well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to join in on the fun.

Canine Community Carnival at Garden Home Recreation Center

PDX Pet Connection Podcast
On this short, but sweet podcast I will share information on what you can expect from my podcast channel. This channel is going to cover all things pet in Portland. I will talk to pet businesses, non-profits, share tips, and more. You will also get a brief introduction to who I am.
