Big move of God: we are like Him!
Seeking first the Kingdom at all cost. Jesus always preached Kingdom. He demonstrated the Kingdom. Every parable was about the Kingdom. He said if you don't understand this specific parable about the Kingdom you won't understand any other parable. How do you reconcile the Loving Healing Forgiving Jesus of the new testament with the genocidal earth destroying Father of the old testament? Easy: Kingdom. He's a King. He's the Lord of war. He's a jealous lover.

The greatest contention in the Bible and in heaven and on earth is your Likeness with God. Jesus was crucified for making Himself to be equal with God (John 5:18). Was not Adam and Eve enticed to be like God? Was not Jesus tested in the desert to prove He was the son of God? Why is this so hard to understand: we are like our Father God. Enjoy.
