Managing our time is one of the biggest challenges us busy mums face.

>> You feel like there is no time left in your day for taking care of yourself or doing something nice that’s just for you.
>> Planning your day feels like a momentous chore.
>> And knocking off even the tiniest of tasks … requires all the determination you can muster.

Today I want to talk about what you can do to better manage your time … and start actually feeling like you have some time to do something that is just for you.
(Cause of why your time management feels like it’s up shiz creek)

Episode 30 - Are You Sacrificing Your Sleep?
Sleep ... We all need it ... In fact humans cannot survive without it!
And yet a lack of quality sleep is one of the hottest topics of discussion I have with not only my clients, but with many of the women I come in contact with.
I have spent the better part of the last 30 years struggling to get a decent night’s sleep. In the past my sleep habits were so messed up that I was lucky if I had 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night. I identified myself to anyone who would ask, as an insomniac!
This chronic sleep deprivation was making my daily life a real chore.
I’d be irritable, unable to concentrate, moody, prone to accidents and hurting myself, my mind was fuzzy and I used to forget everything.

Fast forward to now…
And my sleep habits have improved so much that I no longer label myself an insomniac.
In today's episode I am going to expose:

Episode 29 - I want to start saying NO - but what do I begin with?
One of the questions I often get asked is “What are the easiest things to start saying no to?”
Let’s face it - when you start saying NO to others … it’s highly likely that your NO will create some resistance or back lash - this new behaviour is not the norm and you will unintentionally ruffle some feathers.
So, to build your NO muscle and practice saying NO, I like to recommend that you start by saying NO to the easy things, things that won't have a big impact on others. Things that if you say NO to them, then the only person it will have an effect on, is yourself.
In today's episode I'll be sharing 15 of the easiest things to start saying NO to, that won't ruffle the feathers of family and friends!

You feel like a good person. You are nice to everyone; you are agreeable and you’re helpful.
You keep the peace so there’s never any arguments or conflict.

People-pleasing is actually highly destructive to your well-being, your self-esteem, and even your relationships.
