0 - Introduction - A Dosage of Lindsay Podcast
You can expect to see all, but not limiting to:
LIFE Lessons: Talking with people about their life experiences and the lessons they have learned from life events and living out of focus. Together we talk about ways to bring focus back into their lives and ways to practically live a more focused and fulfilled life.
A Side of Rice: As we know, food brings people together. Some of the deepest and shallowest conversations have been exchanged over a meal. In traveling to many countries around the world, we have discovered that rice is a staple that is joined together with soups and other side dishes. With a deep love for rice and culture, we fuse this commonality to bring two worlds together - culture and conversation. Together, we will explore topics about family, adulting, boundaries, relationships, self-care, faith, and spirituality and how each culture responds through the lens of their worldview.
The Loft: The Loft is where we get to the nitty gritty of each topic and issue to help our community develop a better understanding of their life, purpose, and mental well-being. We interview people you know and people you need to know that will help to illuminate the power of a story, energy, opinions, and worldviews. In a world where we are saturated with distractions, we slow down and talk about the things that matter the most.
I am excited about this journey and all the things we will discover about our life, world, and the people around us.
I hope you are too!
