the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5) He is the true vine, the source of our covenant relationship with God. Through all of all this, we can be like David, in the bible, and learn how to encourage ourselves and be strengthened in the Lord. As a leader when aligned with Jesus Christ there is an expectation that we will be able to walk forward daily in His joy and be an example that others would willingly follow. Leaders should choose to rejoice because they are in the presence of the Lord. Leaders should consider it a privilege that they have been allowed to lead others. To be part of God's creative work. Regardless of the age rejection can create significant issues for us, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We can overcome rejection that simmers at the core of our being. The first step is to know that the words, thoughts and actions of others does not define you. God defined you before you were born, with a predestined plan for your life. Through it all, He will never leave nor forsake you and you can live in the fullness that He designed when you learn to seek Him for right direction in your life.
