Logan Lo - On (or Close to) Schedule

Finally got my piña colada the other day, along with alla the seafood I would have had in Miami had we gone. It wasn't ideal but it was something.

I was supposed to be in Miami this week. Instead, I met up with a Frenemy and my old buddy, Paul, among others.

I told my son that I'd always come back for him. Except, first, I had to fix my internet and that meant ripping cable off the wall.

My son was only home for a few days and I didn't get to do most of the things I wanted to do with him. But it was better than nuthin. And he sang to me to boot.

My Halloween was nothing like I thought it would be. Which makes sense, because nothing is ever like I thought it would be.

There's this billionaire and almost billionaire that you'll recognize once I tell you about them, but they only got to be that way because they didn't want to be good at what they did.

Did I ever tell you that it was my cousin Ras that introduced me to Mouse? I figured I should just tell you.

What do rent regulation and Trump's border wall have in common? They were both meant to solve a completely different problem than people think. And neither works.

I never touch Alison's keys. I suppose I should, someday. Not yet, though.

Saw a few people this weekend but, really, the best conversations of the weekend were with Mouse.

My friends make fun of me for walking around with a huge camera like a tourist. But I don't care. Someday, the digital ink will be all I have left.

My dad woulda been 82 this week. I wish I we had a chance to speak as two fathers. I wish a lotta things.

I've been in my head for a buncha various reasons. And my friends came and pulled me out. It's a good reason to have friends.

Mouse met Alison's parents this past weekend. That was pretty surreal. And then I hung out with her brother and sister-in-law.

Had some nice human interactions this past weekend. One was with a stranger, the other was with my son.

In a last minute thing, some friends and I ended up having a seafood dinner literally on the street in the rain the other night.

Chad and I have a new FSB talking about the Man from Nowhere. Also met up with RE Mike and Mouse for dinner the other night. All-in-all, not a bad few days.

My uncle Jay just passed away. Don't be too sad. He lived a good long life and was loved and respected. We should all be so lucky.

There's a story that I was just reminded of about the kid that I wanted to tell you. He just started kindergarten, in a manner of speaking, you see...

A number of my single friends are finding that dating in general is no fun but dating during a pandemic is the pits.

We did another Scenic Fights shoot this past weekend and Mouse ended up driving us around town. All-in-all, it was a really good weekend.

Got into my first accident with the scooter. Nothing too serious, I suppose. I'm glad I was wearing a helmet.

Naked Chinese Man

A buddy and his girl came by for dinner the other night and we played one of Alison's boardgames that's been here for years.

That video I was in got a million views in about 11 days. A million. I'm guessing most of those were my mom. Also, I rolled for the first time in ages out in Brooklyn.

I have a lotta rules I live by that probably wouldn't make sense to you on the surface. 

My son says some pretty mature things, I think because I choose not to speak to him like a child.

I wouldn't let my son play tug-of-war and you shouldn't either. You have no idea what forces are at play here.
