To help people get deeper, emotional trauma release, subconscious exercises, memory healing, “During this awakening time on earth, people are experiencing loneliness and looking for companionship. We caught up with the authors, husband and wife duo, Tucker Whitcomb and Dana Opas, on what inspired them to write a book. 

Dana  and Tucker have seen many of their friends get consumed by social media  and hurt if they don’t get enough likes. After scouring the web, they  couldn’t find any children’s books meant to help kids avoid falling into  this same trap, so they decided to write their own.  By writing a  children’s book aimed at kids before they start using social media, the  hope is that when they start posting online they’ll remember our book  and not let “The Likes” get them down.

I love reading this book  to my girls, age 5 and 3.5 and explaining to them the purpose to be confident with who they are, as themselves. 

Meet AMY GRUSSING, I love this women. A healer, she is growing, loving herself and her family, as she sets out to make a huge impact on the wellness of the world.

Amy Grussings is a wellness coach and expert in essential oils, specifically Doterra brand. She plucked me out of a crowd when I expressed Anxiety, to share “I have help for you. Have you heard of essential oils?”

“My whole passion about natural health started 19 years ago when I brought my son home from the hospital and my mother-in-law was holding him and his whole entire face broke out. I realized his body did not like anything that wasn't natural. It was the perfume that my mother-in-law was wearing. That actually was the start of five years of him being extremely sick allergies and asthma.

We found a chiropractor that taught us how the body's created to heal itself if you give it what it needs. We're able to do juicing and natural remedies and after about a year he was off all medication."

Fast forward I ended up three years ago being extremely sick. I knew this is not how I'm supposed to live. What I didn't know is that how I felt emotionally affected how i felt physically. I wasn't taking care of myself emotionally. I was trying to fix everybody else and I got extremely sick. I spent well six weeks I couldn't drive my car. I was on the couch. I spent a lot of time just thinking something that has to change.

This road led Amy to Essential Oils which saved her life. It’s not just froufrou at the farmers market or mystical aromatics at apothecaries (if you're like me, slightly skeptical of these aromatic oils).

“The more we sit, the more we stress.  It’s doing something so simple every day as stretching to be healthy.  You have to be positive.” This year, Susan Levin transformed her yoga business online and is learning technology. Throughout Covid, Susan felt, she learned to be herself again by connecting in zoom chats with her mentor Forbes Riley. “Keep moving forward. You have to be positive because we spend the most time with ourselves.” It’s best if you can forget what’s happening on the outside. Focus on the inside, and work with people to create the best version of you.
