Join your host Elise Peck as she speaks with Beth Miller about her responsive mothering journey… amongst other things! Beth Miller is a Marriage Coach, Wife, Mom, Teacher of Psychology, Certified Hypnotist who supports women with fixing their marriage struggles even when their partners are not invested in the process, by helping women transform their marriages by transforming themselves through the power of releasing hidden emotions and beliefs from the subconscious. Learn more about your host Elise here: elisepeck.com and connect with her on Instagram here: @elisenpeck . More about Beth Miller: Beth Miller is the founder of Soulify Wellness, Certified Hypnotist, Marriage & Manifestation Coach, Teacher of Psychology and Reiki Energy Practitioner.
She is has appeared in major media publications such as Maclean’s Magazine, CTV, the London Free Press and has been a guest on dozens of podcasts & blogs.
Beth has coached many women on how to transform their lives, relationships, careers and well-being through reparenting their inner child, rewiring limiting beliefs and releasing unprocessed emotions so that they can unleash their best self!
Her method is deeply rooted in psychology and neuroscience.
One of her secret weapons is Hypno-Journeying, a deep meditation that has been referred to as “meditation on steroids”. These deep meditations access the power of the subconscious mind allowing women to end repetitive patterns that cause overwhelm, stress and exhaustion.
She is an expert in working with the subconscious mind.
She personally has experienced these struggles in the past, feeling tremendous overwhelm, stress and exhaustion within her career, home life, marriage and money money mind….. and one of her biggest triggers… the frustration of continuously reminding her kids to put on socks before going to school.
The power of hypno-journeying has been a game changer for the women she coaches.
She originally created the Soulify Method to help her work through anxiety and depression after she experienced a hemorrhagic stroke (brain bleed). She was a healthy mom, teacher and avid runner until her life turned upside down. She had to learn how to walk and write again.
She has made a miraculous recovery physically. And as a result of the hypno-journey’s (deep mediations) she has released fear, people pleasing behaviours, low self- confidence, poor self love and a lack mentality.
She has clients in Canada, USA, Europe and Australia and is now on a mission to teach women around the world how to manifest their dream life through retreats and her online coaching programs: Soulify Signature Program and the Soulify Marriage Saver.

S2 E22) Maja Sofia Krisitansen - Forget Everything and Follow Your Baby
Maja (Maya - Myer) Sofie Kristiansen is a Danish stay-at-home-mom living in California.
She was originally a Physical Therapist in Denmark and worked both with kids but mostly as a researcher in sports medicine and developing new MRI methods.
Maja and her husband won a green card to the US over 10 years ago, which was right after college for her husband and a year after Maja had graduated, so they gave all our stuff away and left on the cheapest tickets they could get - which brought them to Los Angeles — with no job, no place to live and not really a plan.
In California, Maja became a mother (7 years ago for the first time and again 4 months ago) and everything she thought she knew was thrown away. Her first baby was the biggest catalyst for change she has ever experienced.
When she intentionally became pregnant, she was working in a small French boutique to learn to talk English and was taking writing classes at Berkeley to be better at writing English, so that she could pursue a PhD in the US — Life didn’t end up going that way, however.
She now homeschools her eldest and hasn’t had any “real” job since she was first became a mom 7yrs ago — She does have an instagram for now and is hoping to start a blog this year called Hyggeandhomeschool (huuger) ( https://www.instagram.com/hyggeandhomeschool/ ) .
