April Recap - Current Series
Today Mystic and I discuss what just happened on Stellaris, as well as our other current series that we have each been focusing on. We talk about Stellaris, Jurassic World Evolution (1+2), Othercide, and touch a bit on Darksouls 2.
Aftershow - Dark Souls 2
DnD 5e - Darvur and Aries
Happy New year everyone, this is a quick trailer about our three types of episode types. After shows, are recorded sessions that take place shortly after a live stream. Topical episodes are those about a specific topic or two that we wanted to cover. Lastly Banter are those random episodes that dont fit in the other categories because we start in one place and end in another in an seemly unrelated way.
Stellaris Aftershow - Kreshhk Path
We end the year with the completion of our Kreshhk Path Series, and fresh from the destruction of the galaxy we wanted to wrap up the year with final thoughts and what we may do in the future. We talked about each of our stellaris races we streamed in our previous playthroughs. Our thoughts on some of our ethic choices. We even talk about a couple of roleplay moments.
Tabletop RPG - Happy Holidays
Banter - Life's Sprinkles
Banter - First Video Games
Stellaris Aftershow - Crisis at 130 years
Scheduling - Praising Editors
The Lunatics Team get together to talk about their approaches to scheduling. Mystic and Santa specifically even talk about editing and how it their schedule affects editing schedules. We have a variety, Bing Stream/Edit, Spread out Stream/Edit, and the when ever schedule. If you want to share your thoughts please leave us a message or join us on Discord.
Min Maxing - more Meta Gamers
Mystic Beast and Santa share their opinion on Meta Gaming, going into games like Stellaris, Mortal Kombat, Pokemon, as examples. Short summary, we dont like the mindset, and we rather ask the question "How do I want to win" vs "What do I need to win"
Stellaris Aftershow - First 60 years
This episode we have been waiting to do, this is a compilation of two stellaris streams, the 14th and the 19th, of us talking about what happened in those two games. The first clip was about what could have happened if Mystic chose Centairians, as well as what information he was trying to pull out of us with his five question survey. The second clip is about the future of our nations since we are surrounded by hostile empires. As a Reminder this playthrough was on the LEM update.
We start off briefly talking about Mystic Beast's last stream where he formed a new intro. After that we move on to talking about how story can improve or enhance a game, but also establish that games do not always require a story when the goal is to have fun and chill. Games we talked about include Call of Duty, Friday the 13th, Stellaris, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong Country, DK64, GTA and Until Dawn.
Mystic Beast and Santa talk about the struggles they have with Crusader Kings and the differences in Roleplay structures present. Major points cover Alliances, Marriage and touches on Difficulty. Although Crusader Kings III is the primary topic, we also compare some elements with Stellaris in defining our roleplay narrative.
Lunatics Introductions - Devil's Advocate
The following questions will be answered in our introductions, Who are you? What games you play? What are our hobbies? What got us into streaming?
After the introductions we go on to talk about Lunatics Landing history, and how Mystic beast and I handled our debates and what basically boils down to us playing devil's advocate in those situations and shares some of what the banter will be like in future episodes.
