Today we're chatting with Robert R. Gibson, a poet from Barbados, about his experience as a poet, editor and independent book publisher, and how he uses social media to promote his publishing company.
Robert is a member of the League of Extraordinary Poets in Barbados, and he's also known as Passion Poet. His poems have received recognition at the National Independence Festival of Creative Arts (NIFCA), Barbados' national arts festival. In 2011, his poems "Luscious," "Rain," and "Goblet" all received awards, with "Luscious" winning a silver award and "Rain" and "Goblet" winning bronze.
