In this shorter, chit-chatty episode, I share my reasoning behind why I kept my second daughter’s pregnancy off social media & waited to share the news until after she was born. It was a choice that really helped protect my peace during that time of change. Deciding when to announce that you’re expecting can be a daunting thing, but ultimately doing what empowers you is all that matters!

In this episode I share my first baby’s very eventful pregnancy & birth story. I discuss my pre-pregnancy history with hypertension & how it impacted our pregnancy, our induction of labor, & all that occurred during her birth experience. Her birth was both empowering & traumatic - it propelled me to become a doula & absolutely changed the way I view birth!
