How to deal with triggers in your story
This week I have been sharing my story with women as we have chatted and discussed their own story. One area that kept coming up was triggers and how to cope.
My own journey with triggers was a hard one to process as I didn't believe in the "woo" of mindset work. I struggled to see the emotional trauma I had suffered. Once I opened up to that and began to heal I recognised my triggers - and was surprised by them occasionally - and worked on moving through them.
Join me this week as I share more about triggers and how you can cope with them.

How to stand out in a saturated market
The world feels crowded and everyone has something to say. This week I am going to help you move through the fear of standing out when the market is too saturated.
You can and it is time to stand tall!
Often it can feel hard to be brave and speak when your message isn't new or unique. What makes you unique is WHY you are doing it and that will help you stand out.
