The term 'create your own reality' means the different ways by which you can co-create your life by the energy of your thoughts, beliefs, perspectives, and actions. The theory is based on the fact that when you change the way you see things within you and around you, it helps you to make a new outlook towards life.

Your subconscious never rests and is always on duty because it controls your heartbeat, blood circulation, and digestion. It controls all the vital processes and functions of your body and knows the answers to all your problems.
What happens on your subconscious level influences what happens on your conscious level. In other words, what goes on internally, even unconsciously, eventually becomes your reality. As Hill further states, “The subconscious mind will translate into its physical equivalent, by the most direct and practical method available.”
Consequently, your goal is to direct your subconscious mind to create the outcomes you seek. Additionally, you want to tap into your subconscious mind to unlock connections and solutions to your problems and projects.
Thinking about gratitude as you fall asleep and then first thing when you wake up is a sure way to "bookend" your waking hours and sleeping hours to maximize your subconscious activity to the positive!

The Wheel of Life s a popular coaching and self-assessment tool that helps you evaluate and balance different areas of our lives. It typically consists of categories such as career, finances, health, relationships, personal development, and more. The idea is to assess your level of satisfaction or fulfillment in each area by assigning a score, usually on a scale of 1 to 10.
Start by filling out the Wheel of Life, assigning a score to each category based on your current level of satisfaction. Reflect on each area and consider how you feel about your progress, fulfillment, or contentment in each aspect of your life.

Instead of focusing on the debt in your life, focus on the richness of your life, the beauty of the sunset, the pure joy of tickling your grandchild, the delicious food on your table…

145: Bliss in Ravello Amalfi Coast Italy
I recorded this video on my current European trip. This trip started with a dream... I can go all the way back to when I was a little girl with my original dream to travel the world! Which, thankfully I have done a little. Then about 12 years ago, I created a new dream : ) When I become an empty nester (after my youngest, Emma, graduates High School in 2022) I want to go back to the places around the world that I would like to explore in more details - spend a month at a time/live like a local/relax/build my business from anywhere in the world/share this with the man I love... So in this video I share a little about part of this journey.
What is it that you want in this life? Dream as big as you possibly can!! BELIEVE it is possible! Get yourself in alignment (BLISS)! Meditate... Be OPEN to allow the Universe to guide you towards your dreams. Follow the "bread crumbs" the impulses, the opportunities, etc. as the Universe is guiding you towards everything (and more)!

In this episode, I'll talk about what to do if you don't get your sign, and how to interpret the silence. I'll also share some tips for strengthening your faith and releasing resistance so that you can receive the guidance you need.
Here are some things to keep in mind if you don't get your sign:
- It doesn't mean you're not on the right path. The Universe is always guiding you, even if it doesn't look the way you expected.
- Take it as an opportunity to get more aligned. If you don't get your sign, it's a sign that you need to do some more work on aligning yourself with your desires. This could involve clearing up some fears, releasing resistance, or strengthening your faith.
- Be patient. Sometimes it takes time to receive the guidance you need. Don't give up if you don't get your sign right away.
- Surrender your expectations. When you make your happiness and sense of safety dependent on a specific outcome, you cut off communication with the Universe. Instead, surrender your expectations and trust that the Universe will guide you to the best possible outcome.
If you can do these things, you'll be well on your way to receiving the guidance you need from the Universe.

138: Be Do Have
Today's episode is about truly living in the feeling of whatever you want to create. You will cultivate that feeling by living as if your desire has already become your reality. Sometimes we think, "When I achieve or have what I desire, then I'll be happy." In fact, the opposite is true! Your desire can be present in your energy right here and right now—even if you haven’t manifested it yet.
Ask yourself - Who do I have to BE to DO what I need to do to HAVE everything I desire? I want you to remember that manifesting is about being in alignment with your desire. So today you're going to take a small but powerful action that will help you live as if...

136: What Are You a YES For?
The Universe responds to our energy. We are always manifesting, whether consciously or unconsciously.
To manifest consciously, we must become a yes for what we want. So it is important to get super clear about what you’re a YES for.
James Clear, in his book, Atomic Habits says this:

131 - What Is The Law of Attraction
The perfect follow up to the 30 Day Gratitude Challenge. This is my simple explanation on how you can be a deliberate creator of your life and live the life of your dreams by "using" the Law of Attraction to Manifest Your BLISS!
The Law of Attraction can be understood by ‘like attracts like'. What this means is that whether we realize it or not, we are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. A key part of the Law of Attraction is understanding what you focus on, manifests – which can have an intense impact on what happens to you. If you spend your days wallowing in regrets about the past or fears of the future, you’ll likely see more negativity appearing and limiting beliefs taking over, but if you look for the silver lining in every experience then you’ll soon start to see positivity surrounding you every day. Therefore, the Law of Attraction encourages you to see that you have the freedom to take control of how your future develops, shaping it in the ways you choose.
When you learn how to manifest more effectively using the many powerful and practical tools associated with the Law of Attraction, you can start living and thinking in a more optimistic way that is specifically designed to attract even more positive events and experiences. Whatever you’re longing for, whatever your dreams and goals, the Law of Attraction can teach you valuable lessons that will bring you closer to your most treasured ambitions.

The term 'create your own reality' means the different ways by which you can co-create your life by the energy of your thoughts, beliefs, perspectives, and actions. The theory is based on the fact that when you change the way you see things within you and around you, it helps you to make a new outlook towards life.

The law of attraction states that what you put into this world is what you will get out of it. Simply, what you think is what you create in your life.
If we think negative thoughts, we attract negative situations. Likewise, if we live a life of gratitude, we will never run out of things to be grateful for.
Manifesting your bliss begins with getting clear on what you want in all areas of our life. How will you feel when you have achieved your goals and dreams? Write down your intentions in a journal. Include a time frame on when you would like to manifest your desires. Have fun with this...

"Grateful for fresh air and a soft breeze."
When was the last time you were thankful for the air that you breathe? Have you given much thought lately to how amazing it is that the Earth is just the right distance from the sun to receive just the right amount of heat and light? It is not an accident that there's a protective atmosphere surrounding us, and that beyond it there's no air or oxygen? It is difficult to believe any of these things could have happened by accident. It would seem that they are perfectly designed, perfectly placed, perfectly balanced, for us!!
