Episode 6: "The Road to 2028- My Story of Addiction and Building an Unbreakable Mindset", with Chris LaBossiere
Chris says our meeting in Raleigh was not by happenstance. And when we met, I knew his story was one that needed to be told. I am in awe of Chris, his story and resilience. Take a ride with him as he shares his difficult yet triumphant journey of overcoming addiction, battling his demons and ultimately coming out the other side- loving himself, helping others in the community and training for the 2028 Paralympic Games.

Episode 5: "The Gift of Diabetes" with Dana Hariton McQuade
Marc interviews his cousin Dana, who inspires him by her dedication to healthy living and the way she lives her life with Type I Diabetes. Hear about what it was like for Dana growing up with Diabetes as part of her life, ways she finds balance in her life, what it has been like to Coach and mentor others with Diabetes and how her family has always been there to support her.

Episode 4: "You are Not Alone- My Story of Ujima" with Dr. Lisa Van Hoose
Marc and Lisa have a powerful, moving conversation where Lisa bravely shares her stories of love, trauma, resilience, healing and community. Lisa shares some of her life experiences, including her childhood, how she changed her career path to physical therapy, survived trauma, was an educator/researcher at a number of institutions and finally to her founding of the Ujima Institute. Lisa's stories are inspiring, she exudes joy and love and is a great example of how to create a beloved community.

Episode 3: "It's Time to Believe" with Eric LeGrand
Marc gets the opportunity to meet one of his heroes, Eric LeGrand, and have a great conversation about his journey, resilience and dedication to believe. The conversation includes many topics including childhood stories, Eric's perspective on his spinal cord injuries, the importance of social support, mentoring, kindness and purpose. Next, Eric shares his experiences as an entrepreneur, the different types of businesses and organizations he has started and what it takes to build a successful brand. Finally, Eric tells us what he is most proud of and leaves the listeners with some important take-home messages.

Episode 2: "You are Good Enough, Strong Enough" with Hilary Friedman
Hilary shares some stories from her life that encapsulate who she is- a strong and powerful woman! She talks about her childhood and the positive messaging she received as well as her family life. She shares some of her health challenges and how she overcame them through her strong will and social support. Finally, she talks about how her journey in the health and fitness world, her successful business 'Balanced Bodies' and how she empowers others to reach their wellness goals.

Episode 1: "Snapshots" with Elliott "Photo Finish" Gordon
Marc interviews his friend Elliott, (who happens to be 80 years old, a retired Navy commander and has a Phd in Toxicology!), and shares photos and stories from his life. These include stories from his time in the military, work experiences, 42 marathons!, health challenges that he has overcome, and hobbies including F3 exercise, photography, piano, gardening and volunteering. Also discussed are his amazing photos at the March on Washington, psychological portraiture and from the Navy.
