S4Eps20: Accept the Change
Welcome to the month of September! We are in a new month with a new theme "There is a Shift in the Atmosphere." This week we are talking about accepting change. With seasons we do not have a choice in shifting seasons because there is no switch that we control, we either learn to go with the flow of the river or go against the flow. Either way you have a choice to accept change. Although change is inevitable, teaching our children and young people how to cope with change is key to making a difference. When we raise young people to accept and adapt to change then they will be able to survive the trials of life. Check out how Rev. Dr. Marisha provides tips on how to accept change and live life more abundantly.

S4Eps19: Why Are You Holding Onto That Attitude
Why are you holding onto that attitude? This month we have been talking about holding onto what people have said. We have to learn various thinking habits to combat what we hold onto but what about your attitudes? What attitudes are you holding onto that is limiting your faith, holding you back from your destiny or delaying the promises of God for your life. There are many people who have had to choose their attitude in spite of hate, loss, rejection, abandonment, and a setback. Check out this episode and learn how to let go of attitudes that are not moving you into the promises of God.

S4Eps19: Why Are you Holding Onto What They Said - Part 3
This is a continuation from last week's episode. What words that were spoken over you are you still holding onto that God wants you to release? There are so many things that happen in our lives that God is asking you to give them over but you are stuck trying to manage it on your own when you do not have to. God did not create you to manage and control everything. All he wants from you is to learn how to surrender your cares to him but unfortunately your mindset gets in the way. What type of thinking habits do you have that are blocking you from casting your cares over the God. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about managing our thinking habits to live and walk in freedom.

S4Eps16: Get Off the Street of Complaining
Do you ever complain about the things in your life that you do not have right now? It is so easy to complain about things that you want not realizing you are complaining. It is easy to make it seem as if it is a goal that hasn't manifested yet but the more you focus on what you do not have the more you do not realize, you are complaining. God does not want us to complain because he is performing miracles, signs and wonders for you everyday. He is a God who foresees all of your needs. Check how how Rev. Dr. Marisha talks about how to get off of this street and walk in total freedom.

S4Eps15: Get Off the Street of Mediocre
Mediocrity is something that we all have experienced and settled with in our lives. Settling with things and people gives us some security to some level but it is not healthy when God has greater for your life. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about staying in mediocre relationships and how to get off of this street so you can be upgraded to where God is calling you in this season.

S4 Eps15: Get Off the Street of Making Assumptions
Making assumptions is a street we all have lived on in some time in our life. It is easy to make assumptions in order to help us fill in blanks of things we do not know or do not understand. Unfortunately, making assumptions about people, things and circumstances are typically not always accurate because we serve a God who is able! When we serve an all knowing and all powerful kind of God then we do not have to make assumptions but rely more on him than ourselves. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about getting off the street of making assumptions and how unproductive it is to our well-being.

S4Eps14: Get Off the Street of Why Me
Have you ever asked yourself this question "Why Me?" It is a very common question we ask ourselves when we are in distress. When you are faced with a challenge that you do not know how to handle or what to do, you begin questioning God why. God doesn't mind our questions and in fact he loves us to ask him questions but the more you seek his face you will learn things to help you get off of the Why Me street and realize that this storm is bigger than you. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha shares 3 things that help shift our minds to get off of this street and believe only.

S4Eps13: Get Off the Street of Fear

S4Eps13: Get Off Bitterness Street
What street are you stuck on? Check out this episode where Rev. Dr. Marisha is talking about the street of "Bitterness." This is a street none of us are immune from and when things have been done to us, it is easy for the enemy to pull us into ourselves and get stuck on this street. He gets us stuck on what people did to us, stuck on wanting vindication, stuck in a way that we get knots in our stomach and so forth. Bitterness is a monster when left unattended will grow into something you cannot control but God can. Check it out!

S3Eps12: Get Off Worry Street
Get off Worry Street! There are so many things that happen in our lives that bring about worry and anxiety. Definitely it is an emotion that rise up in us but it does not have to stay. The question lies in how much do you worry about things that happen in your life on an everyday basis? Life can throw you a lot of curve balls and it is all about your mindset on how face adversity. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about what steps you need to take to get off Worry Street.

S4Eps11: What Street Are You Stuck On?
There are so many things that happen in our life that cause us to get stuck on things we shouldn't; however, there are things that we should be stuck on in life. The question lies in are you stuck on things that are unhealthy more than things that are healthy? Unfortunately, life has a way of throwing challenges your way and it is your mindset that determines what street you want to live on. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about the street called stuck!

Replay: Bent Not Broken
Check out this former episode! Rev. Dr. Marisha talks about how life has a way of making us feel broken but it is the condition of our heart or the condition of our mindset that we need to check. There will be people who we love dearly who will disappoint us but we should never give them so much power and control to influence our hearts. God is love and designed our hearts in a way to love and be loved. Check out this episode to understand that God doesn't break you but sometimes bends us to build our faith.

Relaunch: Pressure Pushes Perseverance
Relaunch Episode!!!!
What do you do under extreme pressure? Definitely pressure is something that causes one to go into a mode of fight or flight response. It has a way of making people believe more in themselves in the natural than believing in God in the supernatural realm. When under extreme pressure do you try to make things happen or you wait on God? The response to this question is directly related to whether or not you try to help God out or you wait for the manifestation. There is a blessing in the waiting. Check out how Rev. Dr. Marisha talks about how much of a mess Sarah created by helping God when she couldn't take living barren any longer.

S4Eps10: You Have Superpowers (Part 5)

Throwback Thursday: It is Time to Do the Work
Oftentimes we do not realize how much we focus more on our past than our present and where God is taking us. It is the trick of the enemy to make us focus more on what is behind than believe the narrative of our lives in the present. There are so many things the enemy is distracting us from so that we do not realize the gift of the present and the 3 P's God's provision, God's Promises and God's Protection. We have to stop making excuses about our mental health and do the work to be mentally healthy.

When there are things or seasons in your life that you lose hope in, it is easy to want to try to figure it out but God wants you to be still in your thoughts so that He can respond for you for His glory. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about casting down your negative thoughts and realizing that God is bigger than your circumstances.

God doesn't waste anything and he can use anything to bless you. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about how nothing that you go through in life is wasted. It is all about making the connection that God can turn things around for you good even your setbacks if you trust him. In order to walk into your destiny in the year 2023, you must trust God all the way.

S4Eps3: God is Calling You Out

S4Eps2: Believe Beyond January
Every new year all of us start out with an intense energy to believe God for great things. We are so motivated by the possibility of what God can do in our lives but unfortunately the intensity ends when we get to February because the promise has not manifested yet. How do we lose this energy so fast? How do we stop believing in God's promises and become like the children of Israel and have a wilderness mentality that fails to take hold to the promise? Check out this episode and how Rev Dr Marisha talks about this issue many of us have that influences our mindset, will, desire, and the time we fail to put in to believe that God can and God will.

S4Eps1: You are the Instrument
God is ready to do some amazing things in your life but it is all about are you open for the call. Many are called but few are chosen. You have been chosen to be the instrument God has destined you to be in this chapter. In this new season of 2023, God is ready to open doors eyes have not seen but it requires you to make a decision to be used for his kingdom. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about God using you and calling you in this season to release a sound.

S3Eps39: Reflection of this Chapter
Reflecting on this year can be a daunting task. Definitely when everything in this year did not go as planned but Rev. Dr. Marisha wants you to reflect in a different way. It is time to reflect more on what God shielded you from and how He did not give permission for a lot of things that could have taken you out. There are a lot of miracles and blessings that God is doing everyday in our lives but we miss it by focusing on what life has thrown at us versus having a mindset that believes that there are more chapters in our story to be revealed.

Reboot: Release Negativity and Rise to Soar
Check out this reboot from a popular previous episode about releasing negativity.

Reboot: Bent Not Broken
Here is a clip from a previous popular podcast episode that has blessed so many. There are many things in life that could cause us to bend but the Lord will never let you break. You may be at your breaking point but he created you to be flexible enough to bend through trials and tribulations.
Enjoy!

S3Eps38: Sense of Belonging
We all desire a sense of belonging. It is something in our DNA that we all are interconnected. God created us in his image and his image is all founded in love. It is love that connects us and it is love that God wants us to show and reflect his love. Unfortunately, there are people in the world that create these false realities and create these false groups that look good but really aren't good. There is a reason why you never were able to fit in and God wants you to know that you are accepted more than you will ever know. Checkout how Rev. Dr. Marisha talks about your sense of belonging is much bigger than what you see, it is all connected to you being chosen for this season.

S3Eps37: Mindfulness Equals Thanksgiving

S3Eps36: Wasting Time Looking Back
We do not realize how much time we waste by allowing our mindset to wander back to our past. Check out how Rev. Dr. Marisha talks about the importance of letting go of the past and being mindful to embrace the moment is a true gift from God. It is not about what is behind us but what God is doing in the now and what God will do for you because you name is engraved on is hand.

S3Eps36: The Wandering Mind
Another great battle that we face in our mindset deals with a wandering mind. Our minds wanders almost everyday and in various situations that are not beneficial. Oftentimes our minds wanders on things that we cannot control especially when we worry. Although God does not want us to be anxious about things, nonverbally our minds consistently worries and wanders on things God has already settled in heaven for us. Listen how Rev Dr Marisha talks about our wandering minds and what we need to do to get back on track.

S3Eps35: You Know Enough to Believe
You Know Enough to Believe. This episode emphasizes the importance of going back down memory lane and remembering that God has been good, God is good and God will forever be good. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about how we need to press the rewind button in our mindset to remember that there is nothing too hard for God. Whatever challenge you are facing right now, God can and God will do what he promised. There have been so many miracles that you could look back on in your life and see how far God has brought you to hold on to God's unchanging hand to believe if he did it before he can do it again.

S3Eps34: God Will Respond When You Believe
Oftentimes we are waiting on God to move and He is waiting on us to believe. Faith without works is dead and God requires us to believe not only when things are going well but even when things are falling apart. Your natural senses can only get you but so far. Check out this episode how Rev. Dr. Marisha talks about God will respond when we activate our faith and believe only!

S3Eps 33: What is Your Name?
This episode talks about the power of a name and how God created this world by speaking things into existence. There is power in names and how we use names. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about the problems with making connections between our traumatic events to who we are as a person. It is the connection we make that draws us to false assumption about ourselves that is far from the truth in who God called us to be in this land.

S3Eps32: Your Thoughts Have Power
There is a power in what you think and it is easy to not realize that you have a choice in what you think. Your thoughts have the ability to tap into the supernatural realm when you surrender to the Holy Spirit who guides you to truth. It is the truth that the enemy does not want you to believe. If the enemy can get you to not believe that you have power then he can influence the trajectory of your life. It is the power you have with inside of you that has the ability to walk in total freedom in every part of your life. Check out this episode and how Rev Dr Marisha talks about the power you have within you.

S3Eps31: Your Understanding Determines What You Believe

S3Eps30: The Enemy Uses Your Past
We do not realize how much the enemy uses our past to distract us to not live in the present and not fulfill our destiny. Our past is a springboard to the promises of God but it is all in our mindset. Unfortunately, we allow our flesh to look, think, feel and relive in the past which opens the door for the enemy to come in and cause havoc in our lives. Listen how Rev. Dr. Marisha talks about what causes this to happen and how we have the power to stop the enemy in his tracks.

S3Eps30: You Won't Upgrade
Seasons change and as seasons change, we do not change with the seasons. As a society, we do what we know and stay in the familiar. Unfortunately when we stay in the familiar we do not realize how we do not grow in various areas of our lives. God expects growth, he expects fruit from our lives but it is our fear that keeps us from walking in faith and being fruitful. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about our refusal to upgrade for the better because of the familiar and not faith.

S3Eps29: Battles of the Mind
We do not realize how much we hold negativity in our minds that create battles against what we believe. It is the negative experiences that leave an imprint in our subconscious and create a build up that creates an unhealthy environment in our mindset. The enemy is a thief and he comes to steal your faith, kill your hope and destroy what you believe. Check out how Rev Dr Marisha talks about how all of our battles all stem past experiences that we hoard in our mindset.

Interview with Diane Halfman
Bio:
It was never my plan to walk the streets and become a prostitute, yet alone get involved with vicious gangs and narcotics. My life choices put me in grave circumstances. Danger became a way of life, forcing me to carry a gun in my hand every day for 10 years.
You see, I was an undercover cop for the San Diego Police department. My job was to infiltrate the gangs and prostitutes, bust the John’s, bring’em down and clean up the streets! I understand fear and survival instincts - I lived them and know what it takes to find your grit, perseverance and power to push through any challenge.
After being medically retired from the police department as a result of a training accident, I took my years of experience, along with my Masters Degree in Human Resources Management as well as my Certification as a Life Coach, to pioneer the creation of my own company called SPAlife.
When people find out I was a police officer and specifically an undercover prostitute hunting a serial killer, the questions come flooding in. What was it like? Did you ever shoot anyone? Did anyone shoot at you? Were you scared? How did you survive? How did you know what to do under pressure?
I realized my street and life experience have led me to have unique insights and able to uniquely help people like you to be able to quickly move through any obstacle to be more confident, trust yourself more and access your inner power to do your greater work in the world!
I am now a Consultant, Trainer and Podcaster supporting entrepreneurial leaders.
