see, or choose not to want to see. Everyday is a challenge to Welcome the Evidence WE see.....

Many people love board games and often times in life they view their lives a game. But the is one game that takes on a new meaning, that is CHESS! Is "Choosing Happiness Everyday Signifies Success" important to you?-MVS

The greatest teacher in life are the LESSONS we learn.  What is often challenging, is the application of those LESSONS in a world that divides many morals and values.-MVS

In December 2021, a simple medical procedure revealed an encounter that changed my life forever.  No matter who you are, it is in those TIMES in life you assess if you really have embarked in moving from Transactional to Transformational.

How many times in life have we accepted things that SEEM to be, but really isn't the case?  Society's Expectations Exceeds Morality Sometimes has stopped many in their tracks.. What do we, or how do we put a stop to the Transactional mindset

What are the subtle questions that answers for us in time?  Most often they come through adversity, and our learning from the SITUATIONS we find ourselves thrusted in.  All these components and more, give us the strength to move FORWARD.

"Change is inevitable, but GROWING is optional!"  So many times we look back at our paths of progression and ask ourselves, "what were you thinking?"  But part of GROWING is ensuring we take the steps needed to GROW from a Transactional mindset.

As we close the curtain on Season VII of The Process, it is important that we make the determination to never misuse our TIME.  It has, and will always be the gateway to existence and our future growth.  Enjoy the season finale.....

Each of us have a story in life surrounded by relationships with our friends. The question is how do you respond when a friendship turns for the worse, and both are LOST?

Have you really asked yourself who you SPEND your time with? During our 86,400 seconds our daily interactions set the stage of success we will have. So, again, have you experienced that Showing Patience is Essential and Needed Daily?-MVS

What are you taking from the daily things we encounter? In all SITUATIONS, Knowing that Everday Experiences creates Perseverance (KEEP) is need to withstand and rise up in life.

Many times in my life, there have been teachable moments in my journey.  No more important than four life lessons, and understanding that I'm truly called to USE the gifts that have been bestowed on me. USE....

Change inevitable, but GROWTH is optional...One of the first things that must happen, is embracing internal discipline in all areas of our life!  In doing so,

We are taught in life that many things in life that are FREE (effort, communication, our thoughts and actions), but one of things many struggle with is Finally Releasing Everyone's Expectations of our lives.- MVS

One of the most valuable commodities that we are BLESSED to have is TIME.  With each of us having the same amount daily, what so we learn within the 86, 400 seconds we are allotted?

The season finale culiminates the answers to the question that sometimes haunts us all.  As I look back, I decided to have a conversation with the young Mark V. Smith.....

Reaching within is something that The Process VI is all about.  Knowing Does Not Erase Wisdom, tells the story of some key lessons that are learned as young kid by simply opening his ears to the WISDOM that was all around.

Every conversation with have with loved ones, friends can lead to a message that can be impactful.  What we must always do is to take into account is that your process, "MY PROCESS," requires daily maintenance to ensure we keep on our path to GROW FORWARD!

How many us feel like sometimes remaining motivated is an uphill battle?  Where can we go to UNDERSTAND how to maintain our drive and our purpose?  This March Madness Basketball story will shed some light on three friends that no only enjoyed great games, but enjoyed filling their cups with medicine that will change their lives forever!

Sometimes giving yourself "permission" to live your best life can be tough.  But since you've been tested, battled the changing of the weather within life, this always ALLOWS you to be the best you can be!

One of most deliberate quest we all seek is how to remain motivated in tough times everyone encounters.  This is usually time when you try to figure WHAT are the steps needed to get us through this SITUATION.

Have you ever been traveling in route to a destination and a thought comes mind?  That is exactly what happened to me on the way to mall (of all places).  During this adventure, I revisited something that was essential in GROWTH.   The subject of WHO (Winning Habits that create Opportunities)

When we travel in life, it sometimes opens our eyes to new sights.  Often times, it can give us time to reflect on OPPORTUNITIES that can be key to our GROWTH.  None more specific that when I was 14 years old, taking trip via Greyhound that would change my life as a man. (If I Only Knew Then, What I KNOW NOW)

Welcome to debut of "The Process VI!" I've said many times that LIFE teaches us so many valuable lessons that are designed to help us navigate for the the future.  What is often overlooked is the internal feeling we must endure with LIFE to reach levels we couldn't see then, but have a vision of now.

"Yesterday I was consumed with WORRY.  Today I CHOOSE to BELIEVE, so TOMORROW I will CREATE my LEGACY." Six messages to go into the New Year with.  What we moisten the seeds with is our CHOICE and what we CHOOSE to use, will leave our mark, our LEGACY.

What happens with four good friends go out to dinner?  Of course the laughter in the air, but there is also conversation of how to improve oneself to CREATE the legacy for the future.

Wisdom is something that we all long for, and it is sadly taken for granted.  Waiting for a better opportunity, or another day is PROCRASTINATION, when we KNOW Teachable Moment Require Wisdom!

Faith is the BELIEVE beyond what we can SEE! Many times in our lives we called on to BELIEVE in area's within that have to trust will happen.  I used the WITHIN, that is where all VICTORIES in life are won! 

I was always told that there are consequences for action, some good and some bad.  But the power to CHOOSE is one the greatest opportunities we can have in the world.  We need to always remember Challenges Help Obstacles become Opportunities once Embraced.....

We all have had those times in our life when the emotion of WORRY has taken down unhealthy places in our lives.  Nobody is immune to this feeling, but all of us KNOW its magnitude is within our control.  Season V of The Process is going to look at removal of stagnation to progression by eliminating PROCRASTINATION. The essences of flying has so many similarities as in our daily lives.  From take of, to landing, "Welcoming Happiness within Yourself" starts to the justification of Why Not ME.

We've made our last stop as we begin to head to home in this series (The Process IV-Why Not ME). This message takes to a place the is bigger than we are, bigger than what we know and better for the experience.

One of the most critical step in becoming able to ANSWER Why Not ME, is to use the fuel from yesterday, to RECEIVE the BLESSING of TODAY.  This journey of Why NOT ME is filled the years of work, sweat and tear that qualifies each of us to ANSWER this question

As we continue this marathon, there are so many "potential" opportunities (should we allow them) to impede our Process.  Understanding that we're armed and equipped within, SHALL give us the confidence to profess, "Why Not ME."

Knowledge speaks, WISDOM LISTENS.... In our lives, we have endured so many trial and tribulations.  Although they have been uncomfortable, we have been given a blueprint that can be shared with others.

If there is one thing we know to be consistent, that is SITUATIONS will ARISE in our lives.  As we take the necessary steps to be who we were are call to be, our mental focus will be challenged.  But we are equipped to battle any and all that we encounter to answer the question, Why Not ME!

In our journey to proclaim Why Not ME, we will encounter STORMS!  Have you considered these may be present to CLEAR a PATH toward your destiny?  Lets take a look, to be able to apply.....

In your journey, there is never the need to apologize for the success you reach.  The PATHH, (although difficult) helps solidify stating, Why Not ME!

Ain't no stopping us now! Who we are internally will be displayed EXTERNALLY for the world to see.  Our GLOWW, will  RADIATE for the world to behold, and will help someone who needs a hand to be lifted through the STORM..MVS

In the world we live in, we are always watch and observed in all we do.  Our ability to RADIATE a life of GROWTH is contagious to all the come in contact with us.  Show it, Share it, Display your GROWTH for the world to behold..........MVS

One more day is all it takes to get through that SITUATION!  GRATITUDE is essential to Healing and moving us FORWARD!!
