On this episode of the cast we welcome Tim Spriggs, the newest graduate of the MCW Pro Wrestling Training Center. Tim Spriggs is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Julius Park of the Crazy 88 academy, an affiliate of Lloyd Irvin‘s academy. Born and raised in Columbia, MD (USA), the powerhouse, Spriggs made a career in the lower belt divisions of the sport, utilizing his strong guard passing game to win several important trophies such as a brown belt world title (2014), several Pan American titles and a World Expo GP title, also as a brown belt.

Episode #63 with Tehuti Miles
On this episode of the MCW Cast we welcome a former MCW Pro Wrestling Training Center graduate as well as a former MCW Rage TV Champion Tehuti Miles. Kown as Ashante Thee Adonis in the WWE Tehuti was a part of the faction known as Hit Row in NXT and then Smackdown before being suddenly released. After three months of inactivity following the WWE releases, Hit Row, now known as the HitMakerZ reunited at the MCW Pro Wrestling Spring Fever show on March 19, 2022 in Parkville, Maryland while Scott (going by the name of Swerve Strickland), had signed with All Elite Wrestling and debuted at the Revolution event a week prior. HitMakerZ will appear at GCW For The Culture event in April

On this episode of the cast we welcome a newcomer to MCW Pro Wrestling Adena Steele. The Scranton, Pennsylvania native is known as for her beauty mixed with her ferocity. A fiery competitor with the ability to adjust to all types of opponents, Steele is certainly a major player on the independent wrestling scene and looks to put the MCW Women's division on notice.

A majority of his followers are fans of Professional Wrestling due to the fact that many of The Professor's videos are of him imitating your favorite wrestler entrances.

Robert Locke was recently revealed to be the mastermind behind the faction known as the Trade. He was formerly known as Robbie and is a multi time MCW Tag Team Champion. In WWE, he came to prominence for his partnership with Big Cass, whom he teamed with from 2013 to 2017. Together, they won the NXT Year-End Award for Tag Team of the Year in 2015. He was later moved to the 205 Live brand, where he was a two-time Cruiserweight Champion. Since leaving WWE, he has also embarked on a rap music career initially under the name Real1,[3] but now goes under the same name he uses on the independent circuit.

Leila Grey is an American actress, singer, model and TV and radio personality. Born and raised in New York, Grey realized at a tender age that entertainment would be her ultimate goal. Growing up in a Dominican household, the sounds of Spanish music flowed through her ears and influenced the path to becoming a singer. Selena Quintanilla, an early 90s Tejano singer, became her musical idol and impacted Grey's overall love and passion for music. She is best known for playing Ashley Kuipers in the film, "Vow." Grey graduated with a bachelors in broadcast media from Florida International University in 2017. In 2018, she became a co-host on Skyhawk Radio's, "The Bougie Show," alongside Xay the DJ and Paige Alexandria. Leila made the decision to train to be a professional wrestler in the last few years and Recently has had several appearances on AEW programming whether it’s AEW Dark or AEW Elevation and has battled it out against the likes of Penelope Ford, Diamante, and Tay Conti.

Although Duane Gill has his roots in the Maryland Independent wrestling scene Duane is best known for his appearances in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) during the Attitude Era under the ring name Gillberg, a parody of then-rival promotion World Championship Wrestling's top star Goldberg. During his tenure in the WWF, Gill became a one-time Light Heavyweight Champion. He held the title for 15 months, becoming the longest reigning Light Heavyweight Champion as recognized by WWE.

Best known for his tenure in WWE James Ellsworth began his career in 2002 training at the MCW Pro Wrestling Training Center then known as Bone Breakers and worked for 14 years on the independent circuit as Jimmy Dream. In 2016, he had a squash match against Braun Strowman in WWE. After his appearance, he became very popular with the fans and, months later, WWE signed him to a contract. He would be included in a storyline between WWE Champion AJ Styles and challenger Dean Ambrose. Later, he began a storyline where he became the manager of Carmella.

Bob Starr is a semi-retired professional wrestler, trainer and manager who has competed in numerous independent promotions throughout the United States since his debut in 1988. He is especially well known in the Mid-Atlantic region where he has competed for Mid-Eastern Wrestling Federation, National Wrestling League, and the Virginia Wrestling Alliance. Bob also wrestled as a preliminary wrestler in both World Championship Wrestling and the World Wrestling Federation throughout the 1990s.

Formerly known as Zack Ryder in the WWE Matt Cardona is currently working for Impact Wrestling & All Elite Wrestling. Cardona debuted in professional wrestling in 2004, teaming with Curt Hawkins on the independent circuit. Both men were signed by WWE the following year, making their main roster debuts in 2007. Mark also competed as a pro wrestler for many years known professionally as Mark "the Shark" Shrader.
