God's affirmations positively tell you with confidence what God says and declares for you.  The affirmations of God can not be denied.  He remains faithful to His word.  As you sit in this time of meditation may God's affirmations bring joy and peace in knowing who you are and whose you are!  Be blessed.

Let's take a walk.  Taking a walk is rejuvenating to our body and can refresh our soul.  While you are walking consider who and what God is to you not only in your natural walk but through your spiritual walk.  You are never alone, God walks with you!

Shower Meditation There are various types of meditation this actual shower meditation has been developed to your broaden understanding as to when, where, and how God can meet you and bless you by His presence and His word. 2 Corinthians Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.

Matthew 6:31-34 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’  For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.  But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.  Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

This walking meditation embraces the live sounds of day to day life while embracing the power in being in the presence of God! Deuteronomy 5:33 You shall walk in all the way that the Lord your God has commanded you, that you may live, and that it may go well with you, and that you may live long in the land that you shall possess.

Proverbs 28:13 People who cover over their sins will not prosper. But if they confess and forsake them, they will receive mercy.

Being still in the presence of God!  Psalms 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God that I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!"
