Sorry For Your Loss: a podcast about grief
By Melissa Cultraro
When I was nineteen years old, my mother passed away. This prompted me to explore the controversies and obscurities that come with navigating grief in today’s day and age, especially as a young adult. Based on the research from my Master’s thesis project and inspired by my own grieving experience, Sorry For Your Loss: a podcast about grief (SFYL) explores how we navigate grief in current Western culture and its media landscape.
I'm no psychologist or grief worker, but I'm a young adult who has gone through grief, and continues to grieve years after my Mother’s death.
