I am so excited for our guest on tomorrow’s show!  Her name is Leah Quinn and she owns the store, Heart and Soul Vermont.  I met her through my 31 day Clubhouse challenge, and have already learned a lot from her!  She introduced me to the idea of print on demand subscription boxes.  I had obviously heard of print on demand and have heard of subscription boxes, but never thought of putting the two together.  We will be discussing how to set up a subscription business model which helps with repeat buyers as well as with increasing order size.

I’m so excited for our guest tonight on the show! Her name is Barbara Boschen and I have been a fan of hers for a long time.   Before I did print on demand, I was a FBA seller on Amazon and went to many conferences to learn from other e-commerce sellers.  Barbara was a speaker at many of those conferences and I learned so much from her!  Recently, I ran into Barbara again on Clubhouse and learned that she also does print on demand!  I’m excited to hear her insights on the show tonight!  

For a quick background on Barbara, she left the corporate world to become an online entrepreneur. After building a successful 7 figure business, she branched out to  coaching, account management and software services.   The software company is called MerchantMinds and includes two apps: CoMerchant for relisting from Amazon to Walmart and  EasyKey to grow Amazon sales through automated keywording. Barbara believes you need to be creative to find the ways you can prosper in the spaces others overlook. He is on the 50k tier on Merch and also sells on RedBubble, TeePublic, CafePress, Zazzle, Design by Humans, Spreadshirt, Threadless, Society6, Etsy & Shopify.  He has a degree in Commercial Art and has been a graphic designer since 1995.  There is so much that we can learn from Juna and it will be hard to fit everything into an hour!

Greg Johnson told me about his friend, Bram Spiero, that wanted to create a free, crowdsourced educational resource for Fine Arts that would be like a BFA degree without the $100,000 in debt.  I was intrigued and wanted to learn more.  I invited Bram to be on the show to tell us all about it!  Bram wrote this to let us know about why he wants to do this: I've always wanted to study art.But with being too practically minded in my 20's and now raising a family, that's never materialized.Over the years I've learned that this does not need to stop me from making art.I've always wanted to construct a fine arts education that would be freely available or dirt cheap.Seeing as I love creating things out of nothing and collaborating with others, now's as good a time as any to make that happen.  

Mandy Jane has a fantastic blog about Print on Demand and making an income for yourself without a traditional job.  She is a multi-passionate entrepreneur and has multiple businesses.  We will be talking about copywriting and how important it is for business owners.  It helps with blogging and helps with anything that you want to sell.  I can’t wait to hear all of her tips because this is an area that I need to work on!

Kickstart KDP - Two months of KDP focus, deep dive learning and training (March 1 - April 30, 2020)

If you have ever heard anyone in the community complaining about being tired of seeing that guy fishing or have ever seen anyone share a screenshot with a cute little monster when they tier up, then you have heard about Pretty Merch.  It is the most commonly downloaded chrome extension for Merch sellers and has approximately 25,000  users.  The creator of this is Haris Petrasitis and we are looking forward to talking with him on Thursday, February 27th at noon EST.  

I had the pleasure of meeting Uygar Turantekin at the Merch UK conference and enjoyed his talk there.  He started a company called AOP which stands for All Over Print.  It is a POD fulfillment company that integrates with Shopify and Etsy.  It is based out of London, but can ship just about anywhere in the world.  They have a wide assortment of print on demand products.....many of them I have not seen anywhere else!
