In this episode we talk with Julie Reynolds,a Licensed Professional Counselor who just published her first kids book to help children who are suffering with Anxiety. The best part is that the Illustrators for the book are her daughters, Sophia who is 11 years old and Sloane who is 9 years old!
She’s helped hundreds of children who suffer from anxiety. Learning through story (bibliotherapy) is a great way to teach kids how to cope with their anxiety. Julie is passionate about normalizing mental health and helping as many children and families as possible live their best life!
