If you’re someone, who’s been in my world for a while, you’re likely very BUSY. Something you may not realize, is that you’re probably wasting a lot of time on doing things you don’t have to do and that the goals you have are accessible to you through simple actions that move you forward. 71. How I disappear anxious feelings from my mind.
These days, I blast my anxiety’s butt the same way I blast bbm glutes during live workouts, effectively and with ease. But it wasn’t always the case. I used to have no idea what to do when I felt anxious. I’d be in a fog, unable to produce anything, and I’d massively make myself wrong for it too. Now, I scan my life, all of the important areas of it, to quickly find what it is that in a present moment causes me to be anxious. I then address the root cause and boom, anxiety is gone. 70. How I disappear anxious feelings from my body.
Few months ago, my Apple Watch let me know that I sit quite a lot. So I gave myself few rules: -no scrolling on social unless on a walk, -starting my day with a dog walk, -starting my work day on a walk, -chats with my family and friends in Europe on walks, and more… In July I walked 122 miles total. And in August my goal was 200 miles and I made that too. The benefits have been incredible, I don’t have neck pain, I don’t have to do any indoor cardio and I’m calm no matter what’s happening around. Our emotions are to be moved through our bodies. Doesn’t matter- hyped up after teaching 18 bbms on zoom, or anxious about my upcoming flight- I take a 2+ mile walk. In this case- no phone, no music, no talking. Walking has been surprisingly good on so many levels.

69. Bedtime mind clearing.
Not sure about you, but I’m very serious about my bedtime routine. Getting solid sleep guarantees me great rest and it makes me productive, strong, healthy and able to do all the things that I’m committed to doing in life. Pretty much every night, I listen to visualizations, guided self-hypnosis or meditations like the one I recorded for you. Try it out, if you’re someone who’s mind is racing every night and please let me know what happened. Today, I’m sharing with you how taking a few steps back allowed me to take a big leap forward. And you can do that too! At 21, I left my family, university and life behind and moved to the USA.
