Today we look at the 5th house of children and the 10th house of our position in society, which includes our ability to continue our lineage. The importance of achieve status and continuing such status through our offspring is a cultural practice that is falling out of favour (yes/no). We offer 2 examples today in the marriage of King Charles to to Lady Diana and our own Canadian example of Margret Sinclair and Pierre Trudeau. These two examples raise questions to how silly and hurtful this practice is.

July sees the outer planets from Saturn through to Pluto barely moving and not making dynamic aspects between themselves. This also means no in your face month long Drama. The faster kids out there do turn up the heat for a day or two. The big news for July is Venus who normal trips along at 1' per day will station on the 22 of July at 28' Leo and start marching back to 12' Leo. Values relationships, and the ego Leo are on review.

And a happy B-day to both Russell Brand and Angelina Jolie; Born June 4th 1975 and obviously in different countries and at different times. A study of how the chart configurations played out in these two lives is an excellent learning tool especially for the houses in chart analysis.

We start this episode by looking at a friends child's chart to see if the Mom will do okay with her health issues?? Major events in parents lives will register in their children's chart. Then Jill takes a closer look at the Ingress of Pluto in Aquarius which will happen twice more. Zero degrees of Aquarius in 2020 was the site of the Jupiter Saturn conjunction on the day of the solstice. Very visible to all and marked several very long cycles. Having Pluto be the first significant outer Planet to touch off that degree is likely important.

A chart reading with an unintended twist. Had to throw out my notes as the Chart I had constructed was for the wrong time. Sooo not as organized in House topics as I would have liked... Interesting analysis none the less. Especially the synastry with "mom"

Another opportunity to see how patterns follow through generations in a family. Astrology is a lens that gives you an opportunity to experience how a Planet in a sign in a house manifests. In the repeating patterns you can distill the essence of that Planet Sign pattern.  

Practice Practice, chart analysis takes a lot of practice. Baby charts can be an exercise in imagination that does not give client feed back!

In Part 2 I use a study subject to analysis her chart to find optimum Planets and Trouble Planets. Then I looked ahead for years that might favour her career....

During the process of evaluating a Nativity an Astrologer can determine which Planets will manage to bring forth their significations in the best possible out come for the native and which planet will likely not. Can timing techniques such as Solar Returns and Annual Profections use this information to suggest future time frames that a client might take advantage of?? I am going to test this theory out by first using a biography and timed chart of PMO Justin Trudeau. I will walk through techniques as out lined in Demetra George s book one Ancient Astrology in Theory and Practice. Next week I will Look at a young persons chart for years she might want to target for Career advancement.

Mars Direct again in Gemini is rounding up data collection which began back in September of 2022, he is a bit slow still,

Neptune and Uranus are working toward their last hit for some folks. New territory for Uranus begins May of 2023, for Neptune it is end of March before he touches new territory..

Keeping track of Pluto's in and out will be a bit of a blurr for now he is still in Capricorn mopping up...

One's expectation would be that this visual/optical illusion would have no earthly impact.... well experience does prove other wise. We will look at current Retrogrades and Retrogrades in birth charts, discussing the implications of both.

We begin the month trying to recover and work with Mars and Mercury Retrograde, and end the month with direct motion happening slowly...

Mutable signs are the go to for tumultuous times as they can show us all how to change. 2023 offers the continuation of energetic renewal from Neptune and Saturn's entrance as well into Pisces gives you the reality check on necessary boundaries, responsibilities and commitments in your life. The challenge will be to not let Neptune with Saturn to undo common sense.

Heavy lifting for the signs that can go the distance. Just make sure you are not hanging on to what needs to CHANGE! This is a year when a wee brake is available for those with  elements that run from 3 degrees to say 15 degrees of fixed signs. Jupiter adds comic relief as well...

Forecast spot light today is on Cardinal signs and what you can expect the Stars/Planet to deliver to you.  There are significant energetic shifts a foot this year. And a very noticeable change in escalating tensions, in that it does not escalate but rather drums away at changes that have been initiated already. (Saturn and Uranus are not longer going to directly square each other).

Pluto plays with stepping into Aquarius, Saturn leaves his home turf for boundless Pisces, and Jupiter finishes Aries and joins Uranus in Taurus. Neptune plods away in Pisces.

Jill, Jenna and myself take a stab at the themes we might see play out over the next 6 months. Starting with the Surprise of the American election! Part 2 is a fascinating look ahead that Jill discovered looking at New Moons and Full Moons along with Planetary Stations and how they line up with the US chart.

Gen Z we begin an exploration  of the Archetypes that will inform their lives. This is just a discussion that is not exhaustive by any means… They all have Pluto in Sagittarius and we use this to demarcate this group 1995 to 2008.  Neptune begins in Capricorn and will also move to Aquarius. Uranus starts in Capricorn but by 1996 is on into Aquarius by 2008 is in Pisces. On Spotify  there is also a short interview  with a young woman who agreed to answers questions I have for her generation.

We have finally reached the most gnarly month of 2022. Is everyone ready?? Well let me qualify that are those who have personal planets in fixed signs ready?? Scorpio is most directly impacted followed by Taurus, then Aquarius and finally Leo. The hottest degrees are mid sign 16′.

Jill and I get to welcome back Jenna and she has proposed a seasonal show. Neptune in Pisces hysteria, poisonings possessions and all dark and spooky tropes for Halloween. Sometimes they turn deadly... Yikes. The Salem Witch Trials are infamous on this side of the Atlantic. In Europe Witch trials and executions would start in the 13th century and not end till 1782. Jill and I were just a little concerned ... What charts could we possibly look at??? Jill came up with a classic approach usually used for looking at Country charts each year based on the Equinox and Solstice charts for the capitals. Jill choose Salem Massachusetts and the charts were amazing...

A look at two of the worlds wealthiest dynasty from the perspective of the people who founded them. And can we see if the current Transits and Eclipse to the founder's chart reveal anything interesting or can Hellenistic techniques speak to the current story??? Rothschild Rockefeller

Jill and I will take a look at how countries might experience the current Market turmoil as we head into eclipse season. Financial Astrology is a "Thing" and Astrologers are consulted for Buying and Selling Stocks. We will be approaching this from a Mundane point of view by looking at European Union, the Euro currency,  Bank of England, and the US Federal Reserve....
