Paula's career-journey began in the hospitality and tourism industry, where she worked on prominent projects with Cork County Council. Paula went on to enjoy a successful career in hotel hospitality, culminating in her role as Director of Sales and Marketing for The Doyle Collection Group's Irish and international chain of hotels.

After more than two decades in hospitality, Paula made the transition to the health sector as CEO of Cognate Health, a leading provider of Occupational Health Physician services to businesses across Ireland. Paula also serves on a number of boards, including MTU's Governing Body. At the time of recording, Paul was serving as President of Cork Chamber.
