Intersect is a four-building office campus in Irvine. The assignment was complex. It was selling a product type (office) that was highly out of favor, in an undesirable market due to competitive landlords in a rising interest rate environment. JLL recognized that in order to be successful, they had to be creative and develop an investment thesis backed by empirical data, to prove office leasing demand and value appreciation would continue despite current headwinds in market fundamentals.

Zbur fought for good wages, affordable housing, healthcare and civil rights for LGBTQ+ people, women, immigrants, communities of color and faith, and people living with HIV.
