Coverage may include discussions related to broader race issues in America in general, but the conversation will focus on the context of the need for racial equity in policing and the criminal justice system. The goal of this conversation will be to help audiences understand how to be an effective ally and why allyship is important in this context.

CPE will have an opportunity to give an overview of its mission, its work and its case studies. Topic coverage will include how police departments deal with racial bias, how it can be rooted out of policing, how likely it is for reform to happen, and data/research that can help give the audience perspective on the problem.
