This week, Joe and Ryan decided to skip the celebration (not really; they just have some important stuff to attend to) so Josh is manning the ship today. He's invited our good friend Hutchinson Brown to help out as they welcome ESPN's Eric Moody onto the show! This week, the guys are taking A Look Inside the Cleveland Browns, the Baltimore Ravens, and the Miami Dolphins!

The Browns offseason has been tumultuous, at best. But hey, they knew what they were getting into when they acquired Deshaun Watson. The more important question for us fantasy managers -- how many games will Deshaun Watson play, if any, in 2022? The weapons in the Browns offense will look drastically different without Watson under center.

The Ravens traded away their number one WR, but are replacing him with last year's first round pick, Rashod Bateman. They also should get bak both their RB1 and RB2 who both suffered ACL injuries prior to the 2021 season. Will the Ravens return to more of a ground and pound rushing attack? Or is Lamar Jackson going to continue to throw more?

The Dolphins have a new head coach and some really fast playmakers on offense. Can Tua Tagovailoa unleash the potential that lies with this new look offense?

Last week was the 2022 NFL Draft. Rookies now have teams and there's plenty of reaction as a result. Some veterans will lose their jobs -- sorry, Mike Davis -- while others are on much shorter leashes. Some players were even traded on draft day -- Hollywood Brown and A.J. Brown -- and come with a whole new set of expectations.  

Joe, Josh, and Ryan are inviting on new Club Fantasy writer Steve Lawson to help us identify the biggest winners and losers from the NFL Draft. They're also going to look at some of the new rookie landing spots and provide you with their favorite/least favorite of the bunch.

Unlike the running backs from last week, some BIG names are hitting free agency this year, led by arguably the best all-around WR in the game, Davante Adams. With the Packers in salary cap hell (but slowly clearing space by the day), what are the chances Adams returns to Green Bay?  

Bucs WR Chris Godwin tore his ACL in the final weeks of the 2021 season, further complicating his status as a premium free agent in this class. Though just 26, his prime years are on the horizon!   

Chargers WR Mike Williams took off in Joe Lombardi's system in 2021, setting career highs in targets, receptions, and receiving yards. With Justin Herbert on the verge of superstardom, should Williams even be considering leaving?  

Those are just three of the higher-profile targets in this class that also includes the likes of Allen Robinson, Christian Kirk, Odell Beckham Jr., and many more.  

And what about guys like Calvin Ridley and Jarvis Landry, who have found themselves at the center of trade rumors?

It's officially the offseason in the NFL!  

So what does that mean? It's time to begin previewing the 2022 season!  

That's right, it's NEVER too early! Last week, we previewed the Quarterback position with Lauren Carpenter. This week, we're looking at Running backs with a new face in the fantasy football industry -- one of the newest writers on the Club Fantasy team, Emily Lefco!  

The Rams won the Super Bowl with little cap space dedicated to the RB position, while the Bengals made it to the Super Bowl with Joe Mixon, the 7th highest paid RB in the league. Doesn't sound like there's a right or wrong way to spend money on the position if you want to win, so what does that mean for this year's free-agent crop of RBs?  

Leonard Fournette once again hits free agency after finishing as RB5 in fantasy this year. James Conner was a pleasant surprise for the Cardinals on a one-year deal, finishing as the RB6. Both should be looking for longer-term deals with higher AAV than last year. Will a team pay up for them?  Those two highlight this year's crop, with others like Melvin Gordon, Rashaad Penny, Ronald Jones, and plenty more looking for paydays ahead of the NFL Draft, when a new, younger crop of RBs enter the league.  

And that doesn't include a big name like Saquon Barkley, who could find his way to another team as the Giants look to revamp their offense.
