11. James has some big news to share with us all & goes deeper into Tiny Bird; Kieran updates us on his roasting experience & Glenn talks grants
In this episode James announces his big news as he reflects on the past 5 years and how he got to where he is today. We also discuss B2C vs B2B and how people like Pieter Levels (@levelsio on Twitter) and Danny Postma (@dannypostmaa on Twitter) have managed to crack the code with B2C using AI to great advantage but is it worth the risk chasing that big win?
Whilst mentioning Simon Høiberg (@SimonHoiberg on YouTube) we talk about how the best use of AI is fast becoming the role of an assistant in your app and so NoCoders are keenly jumping into the new ChatGPT API to see how they might add some killer features to their apps. James states how important AI will become in his SaaS product moving forwards with some really juicy early insights from his experimentation from which we can all learn.
Another drop-the-mic moment from James comes in the form of Tiny Bird and how it has transformed James's ability to process vast amounts of data in his NoCode solution. Definitely one worth learning about for anyone recording 100's of 1000's, even millions of rows of data in a database, but one which you need to query in a performant manner.
Kieran tells us about his experience with website/app roasting-as-a-service which he found very useful despite his reservations and so maybe more of us should be hiring roasters to help us to see the woods rather than the trees?
And, naturally, Kieran has started to delve into ChatGPT too and is considering how he could leverage it inside Yep.so
Glenn mentions an organisation called Big Change who are supplying grants to early stage ideas which are aiming to bring about transformation in the British education system and so, naturally, he has applied for recognition for his work he is doing with NoCode Kids. Let's see if they appreciate his ideas on teaching NoCode to kids in the school setting - watch this space.

10. Kieran & Glenn discuss Kieran's new course showing how to build a Page Builder product from scratch & Glenn talks about his experience with Wized v2 + his new community (and why it is so needed)
In this episode James is away but Kieran, and Glenn talk about what they have been working on since the start of 2023. Note: this episode was recorded on 21 Jan 2023 and is late to be added (Glenn apologises for its lateness!).
After a long month of heads down work, Kieran reveals that he has launched his new course for people wanting to REALLY level up their Bubble skills. He takes his students on a journey from a blank screen to having a fully featured SaaS app which they could use to run a business if they so wish. We discuss who this course is intended for, why it packs so much value into it, and how the course + the accompanying Bubble app you can get with the course can be used in so many ways.
Glenn then discusses his very positive experience with using Wized v2 to launch the second version of his MVP for NoCode Kids. Overall, he's very impressed and pleased with his choice of tech stack for now and for the future of NCK. He then goes on to introduce his idea for a community he is building and why he believes it is so important based on his own experiences of being "in community" online. Watch this space for more details on that one but he's very excited about its potential for impacting NoCoders anyway 😉

We talk about our respective experiences of 2022 by doing a quick year-in-review but we also express how grateful we are for our customers, for the people with whom we have worked, collaborated and met along the journey.
We also announce our first sponsor of this podcast: NoCode-Exits.com created by the awesome, Katt Risen (@kattrisen). Katt's free newsletter helps you to learn from real-life no-code success and exit stories in a weekly 5-minute interview... and it's awesome so make sure to sign up.
Finally, we spend some time here talking about what we think will develop in 2023 as the NoCode movement kicks into a new gear. Naturally we wax lyrical about Bubble and whether a buy-out might be on the cards (😱); the huge new features and tools — like DevLink and the new Marketplace — coming out of Webflow's deep investment in their architecture, Open AI / ChatGPT; the future of home learning for our kids; the launch of new NoCode communities, both online and in real life, and more besides so enjoy!
