Epi. 231 Finding Yourself: The Benefits of Time Alone for Healing
Being alone gives us the chance to connect with aspects of ourselves that the everyday grind prevents us from being the best version of our true self.
To truly heal, we may also need to distance ourselves from the toxic people. Even loved ones who are not good for us will push back against us during this healing process of being alone. That's ok. It's part of the healing process!
In this episode, I talk about respecting our boundaries and avoiding communication with those who do not serve us.
As empaths, our negative behaviors gradually become our own way of coping with the stress that others cause us. Stay tuned to the end as I discuss some useful advice for anyone who feels lost in this episode. It's time to start again and regain your life! Don't miss it~

Epi 227 Why It's So Hard for Empaths to Maintain Friendships?
In this episode, we'll go deeper into what's actually happening and how you only need a few genuine friends. Just remember as humans we tend to be more like the people we associate with the most. Many of our friends will leave us while we heal, and that's okay. For many empaths, this can be really uncomfortable, but it's entirely natural. You are not to blame! Don't let the try to convince you otherwise that you've changed! They just want you for their selfish reasons to use you. When your friends choose to part ways, it's a positive indication that you're on the right path to healing! Your energy irritates them especially narcissists.
Remember people change all the time, therefore it's okay to sever relationships that aren't beneficial to you and move on without feeling guilty. Stick around till the end of the podcast and I will give you tips on how to find those friends that add value to your life.

Epi 226 Five Ways to Handle People Who Ignore You
Have you ever wondered why certain people only show up when they are in need? Maybe they never give you interest. Many empaths may find themselves working extra hard to please them in an effort to gain some attention, which can be very trigging. This may be a boss or perhaps a long-term romantic partner. Why do they do this and how it reflects their insecurities is evident. It's not you it's them..... Even if people ignore you, you are still a respectable person. You owe yourself to be around people that can communicate with you. You can focus on improving specific social skills that will lessen the likelihood that people will ignore you in the future by determining why they choose to ignore you. But even then most people are poor communicators especially narcissist. This is part of the game plan to use you and take something of value. In this episode I give you 5 tips that will help deal with these types of people. Tune in!

Ep.224 Can a Narcissist Really Love Someone?
Do you still love the narcissist? There is nothing to be ashamed about if you still have feelings for the narcissist. Then this episode is for you! Love and respect in a relationship are frequently seen as obligations by narcissists. They consequently come across as entitled and forge a totally skewed relationship. Narcissists frequently believe that being in love entails receiving unceasing attention and love from a partner.

Epi 217 Is Forgiving Someone Who Has Abused You Really Necessary To Heal?
When it comes to forgiveness, it is a personal choice. I've made amends with my abusers. That was a personal choice I made for my healing. I forgiven them for the sake of moving forward and becoming the best version of myself. Yet, forgiveness is not required for healing on the filp side. Many people I know refuse to forgive their abusers, which is perfectly fine. I just can't walk about with all that hate within myself and need closure within. It all depends on the circumstances and what feels right to you. In this episode I discuss five ways to forgive and live the life you truly deserve. In fact, without my abusers, this podcast would not exist. Don't miss it!
