Presenting the new Harris County Administrator: Dave Berry
This episode of One For All features a special guest, Harris County's first ever County Administrator- Dave Berry.
At the end of June, Harris County Commissioners Court approved the creation of a County Administrator to help improve efficiency among the county's different departments.
In county corner, we go over some of the more than 20 departments that the County Administrator will help organize.

Equitable Flood Recovery: What It Is and What It Isn't
Year after year, flooding is a constant threat in Harris County. On this episode of One For All, we talk to Commissioner Ellis, one of our Precinct One policy experts Janae Ladet, and the Director of the HOME Coalition Chrishelle Palay.
For decades we have seen the same communities be overlooked when it comes to recovery, based on discriminatory formulas and unfair practices. But Harris County is working to change that.

A Prescription for Healthy Food
On this episode of One For All, we talk about a major issue in our region - hunger - and what we are doing at the county to make sure that everyone has access to healthy food. We talk with Tommy Garcia-Prats with Small Places (also known as Finca Tres Robles) and Janna Roberson with Urban Harvest, two recipients of Harris County's Healthy Food Financing Initiative grants.
We also talk with Commissioner Ellis about the importance of food security, the challenges around it, and some of the programs we have to help connect people with much needed resources.

Living in the Light: Pride Month Special with Harrison Guy
We are so excited for another season of demystifying county government. In this episode we talk with Harrison Guy, a Black LGBTQ community leader and Houston's 2019 Pride Parade grand marshal about his experiences and what Pride means to him.
In County Corner we talk about biking and transportation and Commissioner Ellis talks about Juneteenth and the Emancipation Trail.

Redefining Justice in Harris County
Harris County is redefining justice and reimagining public safety.
On this episode of One For All you'll hear from Harris County Judge Nata Cornelio and Judge Genesis Draper. They will talk about what is important to them when it comes to reform and give us a peak behind the bench at what is happening in our courts.
We also have an awesome panel of policy experts and activists. Sasha Legette from Pure Justice, Colin Cepuran from the Harris County Justice Administration Department, and Christina Leon from our Precinct One policy team.
