I went to the dentist to have 13 teeth pulled, and my daughter had a wisdom tooth removed. I asked for your support with my content, goals, and input.

It has been a while since I recorded an episode, but my anxiety has had me in a world win. I have a parenting tip workshop on Feb 9th at 8:30 PM EST. I am covering how my anxiety and depression have affected me and how I am showing up as a parent and person. The anxiety seems to have more control than it should, and I am trying to find a way to cope with it. I also discuss how I fell today.

I started off in a good mood and ready to record, but life decided to make this simple task into one that put me in a mood. I hate the effects of being bipolar. Having a mental illness is not fun at all.
