About Rob:

Rob graduated from Vestavia Hills High School in 2003. He attended Auburn University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2003. He then attended the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences and graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. Rob then worked for a local physical therapy practice for 8 years until he left to open his private practice in the fall of 2018. He is married to Aonya Gray and they have 3 wonderful children, Lawson (10), Adalie (8), and Linton (5). They are members at The Church at Brook Hills, and are very active in their membership. Rob believes he has been called to his profession, and he really enjoys helping people out of pain.

Lane is a husband to Kathryn and father of 4 kids, Libby (9), Drew (7), Grace (5), Ann Curtis (16 months). Executive Director of Libby's Friends. And a lover of all things Auburn Tigers, golf, and baseball.


About Libby's Friends:

We know first hand how expensive it is to raise a child with special needs. Wheelchairs, adaptive equipment, and therapies can run thousands of dollars and are not always fully covered by insurance. While we are very thankful for insurance, there is a gap in coverage where these things are either not covered at all or the deductibles and copays put added stress to an already difficult situation. Our goal is to assist families who are in this financial gap. Let us take some of the burden off of your shoulders so you can enjoy life with your incredibly special family member.

Meagan Price currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing for American Family Care, Inc. and AFC Franchising, LLC (subsidiary), the nation’s leading provider of accessible primary care, urgent care and occupational medicine. AFC cares for nearly 6 million patients a year across more than 300 locations throughout 30 states with 1,500 in-network providers. With over eight years of multi-unit health care marketing experience, she began her career with the company in 2020 as the Director of Franchise Marketing. In 2022, she was promoted to her current role of Vice President of Marketing where she leads marketing and patient experience initiatives to enhance AFC’s brand position and growth objectives.

Prior to joining American Family Care, Price held various leadership roles including Regional Marketing Manager for MyEyeDr., a Vienna, VA based top 10 U.S optical company with over 800 units, and Marketing Director for Schaeffer Eye Center.

Price has a bachelor’s degree in communication and information science from The University of Alabama. She is a member of the Junior League of Birmingham and has also completed executive education courses in leadership, strategy, and service excellence through The Chief Marketing Officer Institute.

Lou Ellen has been working in and around urgent care since 2006 and in healthcare and healthcare associations for 15 years before that. Currently, she serves as the CEO at the Urgent Care Association (for the second time). She's worked in hospitals and urgent care centers and associations for her entire whole career and has been part of amazing organizations and teams at every one of them, but working with the UCA has been her favorite job.

The Urgent Care Association's most important initiative is changing the way that urgent care centers are recognized and paid for their unique and critical contributions to US healthcare. People can support that by helping raise funds to support their advocacy work, expansion of original research in urgent care, and advancing the specialty of urgent care medicine.
