my unofficial tribute to Madonna
happy birthday to America, we can make our own tea England. climate change could be warming the planet? Texas is the hottest place on earth right now, eight straight years of record breaking heat might have a word. Madonna hospitalized. we must pray she lasts longer than Cher, even though Cher can act better and has a bigger gay following.

the mysteries of Orville Peck.
Who is Orville Peck and why should you care? he's a singer in the spirit of 50's and 60's American country music. he's masked, he's gay, and his voice can melt butter. he's touring this year and is skipping over Texas completely.

The Texas of tomorrow looks grim and bleak
banning books, drag, trans, and women's rights is only the beginning. in the fall Chaplins will be allowed into your schools and have alone time with your children. they will not be trained, or have any type of certification. there's so much talk about indoctrination, but not towards the actual people doing it. it's time to look around and ask yourself if this is what you picture for America.

Who are the real groomers?
another mass killing by a far right white supremacist, this time in Colorado, a mass killing at a Walmart break room. The holiday season is among us and so are the haters. these people will not stop till they have taken the joy out of everything that fear and hate. This is what happens when religion meshes with politics, when far right have nothing to run on to improve your life they instill fear of 'the other.'

pink splash
from woman's rights to guns in class rooms, Texas chose to stick to what they know - nothing. today will be will the same as yesterday. and tomorrow will be the same as today. as a country, most of the far right rejects were outvoted and democracy lives to see another day. the democrats have two years to prove what will happen if we give power to the far right.

the final count down to midterms
the midterm election is quickly approaching and early voting starts this week. make a plan to get out and vote. last weekend of the state fair. fall is (kinda) in the air.

The contrast couldn't be more clear
I had to scrap the end because of production so sorry for the abrupt ending.

45 days till midterm elections
with no new policies to improve the lives of Americans, the republicans run on fear and hate. they want to abolish medicare and social security for the working class. abbott cries about border crossings while offers no functioning program or policy to make it better.

what direction are we going?
We are seeing the clearest pictures of galaxies outside of ours while in our own Milky Way we're seeing freedoms and choices disappear with each new ruling. it's a crazy time to be alive, but my whole existence has been one once in a lifetime experience after another

Dark days of America to come
In this episode I talk about my feeling on the current climate here in America and what comes next. spoiler alert, I don't know but I don't think it's good.

95: f@ck Facebook
Facebook used to be a place to see your friends and family updates, it's become a treasure chest of anything but.

94: she found her wig behind the couch
what's the state of affairs in texas, it's cold and damp and abbott is shitting himself, fearing the power stays on. rants about color contacts and natural eye color. addictions are a mother fucker, and more.

93: what does freedom mean?
what is the state of America? will we continue to have open and free elections or will the Republican Party, controlled by cooperate interests, finally win? As a nation we are so quick to determine the fall of democratic governments all of the world, but when it comes to our own, we are paralyzed. we have a two system party where the other believes in conspiracies. a country can't survive if half the nation thinks jfk jr is still alive. as if the most liberal democrat to hold office would have any affiliation with these folks. they literally tried to turn democracy pass tense.

92: what does the future hold?
what does the future hold for us? we don't know till it happens. we can make sense of it once it's happened. in this episode I talk about the past couple years, the challenges and what it takes to make a change.

91: dark days of texas
History doesn't forget. people forget, which is why we leave records. we have books, audio, video. what's happening in texas is what happened in failed states throughout history. the people in charge see the end times and do everything they can to hold on to power. it's always a sad and fleeting way to exit, but time and time again, the only way the powerful know. it never works. American history shows the power of people. when people rise up things change. half of this country is sleeping and we might finally bend the curve and end up in some dystopian form of governance.

90: halloween edition
in this episode I give you a couple ideas on what to do this halloween weekend. I talk about the gay community and the importance of it. Why hating the 'gay scene' is just internalized homophobia. if texas legislation comes for us next, and they will, I have a few ideas how to fight. as a community we've come so far so fast, we will not go backwards. not even in this state.

89: Abbotts up to his bullshit again
Women across Texas woke up in a paradox of what the American Constitution stands for and what a handful of old white men want. Every women you know now has less rights than you. They no longer have control over their body, or as the right wing in this country calls it, a vessel. If this law isn't struck down, we are on a dark path to absolute rule.

88: Pride edition
happy pride y'all. lets see what we can get out of this capitalist economy while its offering best wishes, by July, they won't give a fuck about us. buy your rainbow shit from local gays. do not support these companies. we are not here for them.
we are also not here for the texas government, they taking back rights. it's not going to happen in this state. we fight. democrats are moving here everyday. you should hashtag #fuckabbott if you feel your rights are being taken away.

87: Texas Republic of Dystopia
this week Paul talks about a recent poll from the texas tribune. how texas is much more progressive than its law makers.

86: What will Fashion look like coming out of the Pandemic
Life spent in sweats and leggings is no life at all. What will become of fashion after the covid weight and lack of human influence? It's time to move past fast fashion and find a style that works for you. We've all outgrown the magazines and intsa influencers telling us what would look good on us. It's time to move on from fashion and find the style that lives inside you.

85: dallas pride is back
beto is running, Beto isn't running? what's going on
dallas pride is back, in person
texas hates all you folks voting, so they'll stop you. so democratic.

84: when covid is over, in a list
Texas summer is coming.
did Ted Cruz grow a conscious? spoiler, he did not.
vaccines and get togethers, the future is now.

83: the locals are pissing off the Abbott Monarchy
One year into this pandemic - are we the same people we were?
Meghan and Harry - who's gonna have the last laugh, the monarchy or the exiles? the monarchy has a 1200 year history, little harry's only been around a couple decades. you decide.
Abbott Monarchy - he would love to think he has that type of authority. RIP Texas, Ann Richards needs to put this tool back in the shed. Imagine what it would have been like during the deep freeze if we had her at the helm. I didn't even live in Texas then but I know all about her. She'd never put texans in harms way the way this man-child does.
We're getting closer to the end of the tunnel. we are near the end of the worst year in generations.

There is lots of noise happening in government, and it's going to be more ramped up till the Georgia election in January but stay focused, we will get through this.
A little story of my personal relationship to Biden's hometown of Scranton

70: Chaos reigns
Instead of candy this Halloween, the Administration is handing out the ronas.

69: the afterglow of what could come thrills me
the president of America was diagnosed with the same virus he played down for all the months, the same virus that Americans were dying from in the thousands every day.
in his words, it hardly affects anyone, and it is what it is.
lets focus on some self care during this dumpster fire of an administration. what ever it is that you love, do it. lets move past this failure of a man and a presidency and move this country to a place of balance.

68: what has he done for you lately?
