This week I reflect on my 30 life crisis, life after hitting the big 3-0 and get some encouraging words from my conversations with Stephanie Sward Williams and Dr Jessica Katanga.

I revisit my conversation with Broadcaster, Presenter and Writer Jackie in a new edit to discuss her relationship with her boobs and how this shapes her ideas on body image and confidence.
