Danny is currently going through Tiago Forte's BASB and the main framework there is CODE, we have a discussion about Universal Frameworks and what we think about them.

We had some discussions around PARA, statuses and stages. 

Jonathan has been exploring Re-search and search and diving into more papers and how to use that. Exploring how someone from a non-academic background can refine and explore their search interests.

In this episode we discussed the recent Building A Second Brain Summit, and our thoughts on them. As a point of context Jon never watched it, and Danny only watched some things.

What does Simplicity Mean? After a few weeks off from the meaning of words segment, we just took an entire episode dedicated to the meaning of the word simplicity.

At the end of our previous episode, we started reflecting on 2022. However, during the rest period, our thoughts slightly changed a little. So in this episode, we reflect on our reflections and plans as we enter 2022.

We touch on our primary focuses for 2022 and what we're up too!

In this episode, we went back over this year's Notion Nerds episodes and shared our thoughts about the past year and before. A review of what we originally spoke about this year. 

Danny touched on the process for how we created the Notion Nerds. I spoke about my reflections on reflections (yes, I'm that meta). Then we summed up our plans for next year.

We talk a bit about finding the right tools and understanding the reason you want to explore the tool. Danny speaks a little more about Wikipedia and what it was "thought of" in the early days and how it's seen now.

Our word for this week was intelligence.

In this episode we're talking about Sharing your sources from both the business and the internet academic perspective. We then do a little bit of a dive into the meaning of the word source.

A rather fascinating episode if we do say so ourselves.

This week we're sharing our thoughts on "Digital Gardening" and how we think it's been completely misinterpreted into "what apps" you should use rather than its original use case.

Jonathan then rants about Consistency as our word for today... oh god does he rant!

This episode we're having a wonderful conversation about "productivity hacks," and those lovely tips and tricks that are infecting the productivity space right now.

Yes. I said infecting. Deal with it. We dive into the problems, the nuance that's lacking, and our word for this week is... hacks (you can tell Jonathan's gonna get spicy on that one.)

This is going to be the start of a new regular section in the podcast where we talk about our interpretations and meanings of words and how we view things from the business and also the coaching/personal development space.

Jonathan also had a fun rant on "Content Consistency" and his utter despise for it as well as delightful discussions on forcing features into your system because they need to be there, and finally about our thoughts on the "All-In-One" workspace discussion and how reducing complexity in your system isn't really about having one app.
