Minute 90 - Friends already
We return to Pemberley at Darcy’s invitation. There, we finally have an official meeting between Lizzie and Georgiana. The two immediately hit it off and Lizzie shares a story of a moment she had with Mr. Darcy while at Rosings. Mr. Darcy invites Mr. Gardiner to go fishing in his pond. At the end of the minute we return to the inn.

Minute 89 - An invitation to dine at Pemberley
Lizzie joins her aunt and uncle in the inn. They have just met Mr. Darcy, who has invited them to dine with them and also told them that he would very much like for Lizzie to meet his sister. Lizzie takes all this in like the world has turned upside down.

Minute 88 - Very fond of walking
Last minute Lizzie finally makes her escape from her awkward meeting with Mr. Darcy. We see her trudging through a field at dusk, before entering the inn she is staying at. Only to immediately hide herself behind a curtain, because Mr. Darcy is there, talking to her aunt and uncle. After Mr. Darcy leaves, she makes her way over to their table.

Minute 87 - So sorry to intrude
Lizzie and Darcy face each other again for the first time after the whole failed proposal. Even though the atmosphere is not tense at all, it is very awkward. Lizzie tries to make small talk and in doing so reveals where she is staying. Darcy asks to accompany her back but that is way too much for her and she rather abruptly answers him with a curt “No.”

Minute 86 - A surprise encounter
Lizzie finds the source of the piano music in Pemberley. It is Georgiana playing! She secretly watches her play with a smile, but suddenly Mr. Darcy steps in and reunites with his sister. A few seconds later they spot Lizzie, who immediately flees the scene, but outside Darcy catches up with her.

Minute 85 - Snooping around
We accompany Lizzie as she explores one of the rooms in Pemberley (which is definitely not part of the official tour, judging by the papers strewn around a desk). At the end of the minute, Lizzie hears someone playing a piano. She slowly moves towards the sound, which seems to be coming from the next room.

Minute 84 - A handsome face
We are still in the hall with statues in Pemberley, and we spend most of the minute focusing on a bust of Mr. Darcy, which Lizzie really seems to admire. So much so that she loses track of her aunt, uncle and the servant leading them around the house. She sets off on her own and we end the minute with her stepping into another room.

Minute 83 - The hall of statues
We are in a hall of Pemberley that is filled with beautiful sculptures. Lizzie is marveling at all of them, but we ended the minute with her mouth dropping open at a sculpture of Mr. Darcy.

Minute 82 - Arriving at Pemberley
We arrive at Pemberley, Mr. Darcy’s home. Where Lizzie and the Gardiners are all super impressed by the massiveness and beauty of the mansion. We enter inside a large hall filled with beautiful sculptures, and end on a close-up of a sculpture of a woman with a veil.

Minute 81 - He's so rich
This minute, we are sitting under a gorgeous big tree in the Peak District while Lizzie and the Gardiners are having lunch. Her uncle mentions how he would like to visit Pemberley, Mr. Darcy’s home. But of course, this does not seem a very good idea to Lizzie, who was just trying to run away from the very owner of the house. Unfortunately for her, she doesn’t have a very good argument not to go, and so we end the minute with our party driving up the lane to Pemberley.

Minute 80 - What are men compared to rocks and mountains?
We learn that Lizzie did indeed join the Gardiners on their way to the Peak District, because we see Lizzie enjoying the gorgeous views there. We end the minute with the party stuck in a beautiful forest, because apparently one of the carriages has broken down.

Minute 79 - Come to the Peak District
We continue the little conversation in the kitchen between Lizzie and her aunt and uncle, who are trying to convince her to travel with them to the Peak District. We then switch to a scene of Lizzie and Jane in bed, where Lizzie tries to confess everything to Jane, but unfortunately it doesn't work out. Next, we cut to a scene with new music where we only see blurred light moving in and out, as if you are traveling with your eyes closed.

Minute 78 - The silliest and most determined flirt who ever made her family ridiculous
Before listening, please note that in this episode we briefly discuss the dangers that men can put young girls in. If this is a triggering topic for you, please skip from around 06:40 to 08:07.
Lizzie tries but fails to convince her father of the dangers of letting Lydia go to the officers in Brighton. Afterwards, Mrs. and Mr. Gardiner invite Lizzie to join them on a trip to the Peak District.

Minute 77 - If I could but go to Brighton
Lizzie gets thrown into some sisterly drama again as Kitty comes sobbing to her about how Lydia would go to Brighton, but not her, which is entirely unfair. Lizzie doesn’t really like the plan for Lydia to go to Brighton at all and pleads with their father not to go along with it.

Minute 76 - The wellbeing of Jane
We read the last half of the letter Darcy delivered to Lizzie. And then we return to Longbourn. Immediately upon arrival Lizzie reunites with Jane, who tries to convince Lizzie that she is really quite over Mr. Bingley because London is so diverting.

Minute 75 - The two offenses you have laid against me
Last minute Darcy came to leave Lizzie a letter, and this time we start reading the contents of the letter, in which he explains the 2 offenses laid against him. We don’t make it to the end of the letter, but in this first part we do finally learn the truth about Mr. Wickham.

Minute 74 - Delivering a letter
We spend this minute mostly as Lizzie, looking in the mirror, standing absolutely motionless and unblinking as time passes around her. But suddenly Darcy enters the house and stands behind her to leave her a letter.

Minute 73 - Processing a certain proposal
After the complete disaster of Darcy’s proposal to Lizzie, we return to the Collins’ house, where we see Lizzie trying to process all of what just happened in silence.

Minute 72 - The last man in the world I could ever be prevailed upon to marry
The marriage proposal scene in the rain finally comes to an end. Lizzie clearly ends things by saying that Darcy is the last man on earth she would marry. They then have a pretty heated almost kiss, but unfortunately Darcy walks away before anything can happen.

Minute 71 - The matter of your family
We continue the fight between Lizzie and Darcy after his proposal to her. For a moment, the fight seems to end with Darcy apologizing to Lizzie for making her think that her and Jane’s behaviour had a lack of propriety (this was only their other direct family members, so much better). But Lizzie has not had enough yet, and she brings up the subject of Mr. Wickham. Now it’s Darcy’s turn to get really pissed. But instead of shouting he steps into Lizzie’s personal space so that their faces are very close to each other.

Minute 70 - The ruined happiness of a most beloved sister
Having had the first part of the proposal, we now start the fallout of Darcy’s disastrous word choice. After being very businesslike about declining Darcy, Lizzie finally falls out about the fact that Darcy stopped Mr. Bingley from marrying Jane. We end the minute with Lizzie straight up shouting to Darcy that Jane doesn’t even show her true feelings to Lizzie.

Minute 69 - Most ardently
In the pouring rain Darcy finally gets it all of his chest how much he loves Lizzie despite his misjudgements about ranks and family and that he would very much like to marry her. Lizzie of course does not feel very flattered by this proposal and turns him down. We end the minute with Darcy turning a bit uncertain of himself and asking Lizzie “Are you laughing at me?”

Minute 68 - Running away from our feelings
During church, colonel Fitzwilliam tells Lizzie how Darcy recently prevented his friend Charles Bingley from entering an imprudent marriage because apparently, the family was considered unsuitable. After this dramatic reveal Lizzie runs away through the pouring rain to take shelter in a circular little temple like structure.

Minute 67 - The intercourse of friendship or civility
After Darcy leaves Lizzie and Charlotte quiet bewildered, we find ourselves at one of Mr. Collins’ sermons. Everyone is unfocused, including Mr. Collins himself, who makes a funny mistake during his speech. Lizzie is seated next to colonel Fitzwilliam. And probably being bored, Lizzie starts talking to the colonel. Particularly about Mr Darcy.

Minute 66 - Social anxiety: The Minute
We are in Charlotte’s parlour where, while she is gone, Darcy storms in to see Lizzie, only to completely get stuck on any words except for a few niceties. When Charlotte returns Darcy immediately storms out of the house.

Minute 65 - The talent of conversing with others
We end the conversation between Darcy and Lizzie at the piano, and as Darcy leaves, he gives Lizzie a lingering look as she continues playing. We then switch to a new scene inside the Collins’ house, where Lizzie is writing a letter to Jane, only to be interrupted when Darcy suddenly storms in, looking very nervous.

Lizzie and Darcy have a teasing conversation, helped along by colonel Fitzwilliam before he is called away.

Poor Lizzie is forced by Lady Catherine to play the pianoforte while in the background Lady Catherine keeps pushing everyone to strive for excellence.

Minute 62 - You give your opinion very decidedly
This minute we sit through the second part of Lady Catherine’s interrogation of Lizzie, who very defiantly answers all her questions truthfully. We then switch to later in the evening, where Lizzie is asked to play the piano by Lady Catherine because music is her delight and there are few people in England who have more true enjoyment of music than herself.

Minute 61 - Has your governess left you?
We are at Rosing’s dining table where Lizzie and Darcy are just starting their conversation when they are immediately interrupted by Lady Catherine, who asks about Lizzie’s upbringing and is very displeased with all of Lizzie’s answers.

Minute 60 - You can’t sit next to your wife
Lizzie meets Darcy once again in Rosings Park. Darcy is now accompanied by Colonel Fitzwilliam. At the end of the minute, we are at the dining table, where after a switch Lizzie was conveniently seated next to Mr. Darcy. Mr. Darcy starts a polite conversation, asking after Elizabeth’s family.

Minute 59 - Bragging about the rug
Mr. Collins, Charlotte and Lizzie enter Rosings and greet Lady Catherine de Bourgh. At the end of the minute, it is revealed that Mr. Darcy is also present. We cut off right when Lizzie asks him “What are you doing here?”

Minute 58 - An invitation to visit Rosings
We enter the Collins’ house, and after we briefly catch up with Charlotte, we head over to Rosings to dine with the esteemed lady Catherine de Bourgh.

Minute 57 - Visiting the Collins
We hear Lizzie read a letter she sent to Charlotte which is a response to her asking to come and see her. We also see Lizzie arrive at the Collins’ house where Charlotte and Lizzie greet each other with a big hug. Of course Mr. Collins is already trying to make this all about himself.

Minute 56 - Don’t you dare judge me
We step right into Charlotte’s iconic speech where she tells Lizzie to not dare judge her for her decision to marry Mr. Collins. After which Lizzie sulks on her swing for such a long time, that we’re even continuing that into the next episode for a bit.

Minute 55 - Engaged to be married
We join Lizzie on a swing in the Longbourn yard where soon Charlotte joins her. Lizzie watches in shock as Charlotte tells her that she is now engaged to Mr. Collins. The minute ends with her trying to explain herself, starting with “I’m 27 years old”.

Minute 54 - Leaving for London
After Lizzie wraps up encouraging her sister to go to London to meet the man she loves again we switch to outside of Longbourn, where we actually see the Benents wave of Jane as she leaves by carriage. Mr. Bennet is telling Lizzie that now that Mr. Collins is gone, Lizzie should go and have some fun.

Minute 53 - Packing the trunk
We finally learn the contents of Jane’s letter from Caroline, while Lizzie is packing a trunk on the bed where Jane is sitting. The letter says that Caroline soon hopes to become a sister to Georgiana Darcy. Jane is convincing herself that Mr Bingley actually did not like her at all but Lizzie of course cannot have this.

Minute 52 - Leaving Netherfield
This minute we see that Jane has received a letter that she’s very upset about. Immediately after we see Mr. Bingley looking super sad as him, his sister and Mr. Darcy drive away from Netherfield in a carriage. Back at Netherfield the servants even start covering the furniture to prevent it from gaining dust.

Minute 51 - A stranger to one of her parents
We learn that poor Lizzie must now become a stranger to one of her parents, because her mother will never see her again if she doesn’t marry Mr. Collins, and her father if she does marry Mr. Collins.

Minute 50 - Dealing with a little hiccup
We see the aftermath of Mr. Collins’ proposal as Lizzie storms out, followed by Mrs. Bennet, who later returns to Longbourn to try and convince Mr. Bennet to make Lizzie marry Mr. Collins regardless.

Minute 49 - Not the sort of female to torment a respectable man
Lizzie makes short work of Mr. Collins’ carefully laid out proposal to marry. Immediately after, she storms out while Mr. Collins is still on his knees and the door behind him starts swinging open.

Minute 48 - The companion of my future life
Mr. Collins tells Lizzie in very reasonable terms why they’re going to get married. The minute ends when he drops to one knee to tell her in the most animated language, of the violence of his affections. Except that that’s where Lizzie draws the line and jumps out of her chair to stop him.

Minute 47 - Everyone to the drawing room
We watch as Mrs Bennet urges everyone out of the room, leaving a very panicked Lizzie behind. Once everyone is gone, Mr. Collins starts with “Dear Miss Elizabeth, I am sure my attentions have been too marked to be mistaken.”

Minute 46 - A private audience with Miss Elizabeth
The Bennets ride away from the ball in a carriage. We join them once again at the breakfast table. During this, Mr. Collins comes down the stairs and asks to speak privately to Lizzie.

Minute 45 - Catching our breath after the ball
We wrap things up at the ball. After a night full of exciting events, we leave with the Bennets all bundled up in a carriage, ready to leave Netherfield the next morning. Caroline and Charles Bingley watch them go. The first being a bit annoyed at the latters enthusiasm towards the Bennets.

Minute 44 - We are all fools in love
We hear Charlotte’s opinion on how Jane should snatch up Bingley before she’s missed her chance. Then we continue our tour of the ball as we see Mrs. Bennet spilling a drink on someone and then happily going her way again. The music turns a bit more sad as we end with a very lonely Mr. Collins, who is sniffing a tiny flower.

Minute 43 - Touring the ball
We enter a bit of a chaotic minute as the camera does a single take throughout the ballroom. We see Mr. Collins looking for someone, Mr. Darcy looking in disapproval at Mrs. Bennet as she’s already bragging about the marriage between Jane and Bingley. And we enter the ballroom, where we meet up with Lizzie and Charlotte, who are just discussing Lizzie’s family. Lizzie has just said that Mr. Bingley seems to like Jane very much, after which Charlotte asks whether Jane also likes him.

Minute 42 - The nephew of my esteemed patroness
We get to see Mr. Collins making a fool of himself to Mr. Darcy, who he has a mutual acquintance with. And we see Mary being in an awkward spot behind the piano, as her father tells her to 'let the other ladies have a turn'.

Minute 41 - Making out Mr. Darcy’s character
While Lizzie and Darcy bicker about Mr. Wickham, something grows between them, and all the other dancers fade away as the dance comes to a wonderful conclusion.

Lizzie is quite shocked over her own decision to agree to a dance with Mr Darcy. And we actually see the dance itself as well. During this they have a little verbal match.

Minute 38 - Juggling conversations
Lizzie is dancing with Mr. Collins, who is trying to have a conversation with her. But at the same time, Jane also tries to inform Lizzie about Mr. Wickham’s absence. All this happens while we twirl from one side of the dancefloor to the other. We end the minute with Lizzie running into Mr. Darcy, and him asking her to dance.

Minute 37 - Mr. Collins’s lightness of foot
Jane informs us that Mr. Wickham is not at the ball. But Lizzie does not have to worry about a dance partner, because Mr. Collins steps in and asks Lizzie for a dance. During the dance, Lizzie tries very hard not to look at Mr. Collins, while he keeps staring at her intensely.

Minute 36 - Have you seen Mr. Wickham?
The Bennets enter the Netherfield ball and Lizzie wanders around and reunites with Charlotte while looking for a certain someone (Mr. Wickham) before Jane finds her and brings her some dissapointing news.

Minute 35 - Arriving at the ball
We've arrived at Netherfield’s ball. We spend half of the minute following Mr. Collins inside. And we see the Bennets greet Charles and Caroline Bingley. Jane and Charles try to have a conversation, but Lizzie is completely distracted, looking for a certain officer.

Minute 34 - Wickham is twice the man Darcy is
This minute we are mainly inside Longbourn where we see the girls getting ready for the ball. Lizzie and Jane discuss Mr. Wickham’s ordeal with Mr. Darcy and they both hope that Mr. Wickham will be at the ball so Lizzie can dance with him. At the end of the minute we arrive in between the party goers outside of Netherfield.

Minute 33 - The story of a poor foot soldier, too lowly even to be noticed
We hear Mr. Wickham’s side of things as he explains his painful past with Mr. Darcy. We end the minute back in Longbourn where the camera follows the servant Betsy around as she brings everyone what they need for the ball.

Minute 32 - Are you acquainted with Mr. Darcy?
Lizzie and Mr. Wickham have broken off from the group and are now alone, still alongside the river. There are some questions and answers about Mr Wickham’s ties to Mr Darcy that we start to get a (one sided) explanation on.

Minute 31 - Of course, you must come, Mr. Wickham
We leave the shop and after that the Bennet girls are walking with Mr. Wickham along a little river when they spot Mr. Darcy and Mr. Bingley riding on the other side. They have a short conversation where Lydia takes her time to tease Jane and to Lizzie’s puzzlement, Mr. Darcy acts very weird, before leaving without a word.

We overhear Mrs. Bennet and Mr. Collins discuss marriage arrangements. Mr Collins is disappointed to learn that Jane will soon be betrothed to someone else, but luckily he finds a very agreeable alternative in Lizzie. We end the minute whit the scene changing to that of the town square.

Minute 28 - An awkward dinner, continued
We enter a bit of a painful minute of the Bennets making fun of Mr Collins attempts to make conversation over dinner. At the end of the minute we leave dinner and withdraw to the sitting room. The camera pans towards us and just as Mrs Bennet and Mr Collins come into view we cut from one minute to the next.

We get introduced to Mr Collins, who will inherit the Longbourn estate some day. He joins the Bennets for dinner where he tries his hand at small talk by complemeting the potatoes as "exemplary vegetables".

This minute all of the Bennet women are gathered at Netherfield. We also see Lydia and Kitty tricking Mr. Bingley into organising a ball.

Minute 23 - My good opinion, once lost, is lost forever
We learn a little bit about Mr Darcy when he tells us that “his good opinion once lost, is lost forever” and at the end of the minute, we see the start of a lot of Bennets being announced at the breakfast/lunch table in Netherfield.

Minute 22 - A turn about the room
This minute we see the ladies take a turn about the room and witness Darcy making a witty remark.

Minute 21 - An Accomplished Young Woman
Join us as we watch Darcy and Caroline discuss what makes an accomplished woman. A list that of course was very horrible and sexist. Which Lizzie thankfuly calls out.

Minute 20 - You write uncommonly fast Mr Darcy
We enter the minute while we’re still in town with Mrs Bennet and her two youngest daughters. Lydia gets very dissapointed when her handkerchief gets trampled by the regiment and no introductions are made at all. We then cut to Netherfield where Caroline is trying to lure Darcy into a conversation (spoilers: she miserably fails).

Minute 19 - Officers!
This minute we see Lizzie taking care of Jane when Bingley enters the room. We also see… pig’s balls. There’s really no way around them.
Mrs Bennet is excited at how her plan worked out. Mrs Bennet then hurries out of the house with Lydia and Kitty. They’re going to see the officers in town. Lydia tells us that when you drop something, they pick it up, and then you’re introduced.

Minute 18 - She looked positively medieval
This minute Lizzie arrives at Netherfield, all windswept. And Mr. Darcy has the complete and terrible realization that he is probably in love. There’s a lot of long awkward pauses before Lizzie exits the room to find her sister. Jane is lying dramatically in bed as Lizzie takes care of her. And then Mr. Bingley enters the room.

Minute 17 - Dying in pursuit of Mr. Bingley
We see Jane arrive at Netherfield completely soaked and later we learn through a letter that Lizzie received, that Jane is indeed staying sick in bed at Netherfield. Lizzie of course immediately trudges through the mud to see her sister. And we leave the minute inside of Netherfield where Caroline and Darcy are having either breakfast or lunch, until Lizzie enters the room.

Minute 16 - A carriage for Jane?
This minute we learn the contents of Jane’s letter, which was from Caroline. We also see Mrs. Bennet form a plan to let Jane meet with Mr. Bingley at all cost: by putting her through a rainstorm in Austen era.

Minute 15 - We were all there, dear
We join the Bennets at their breakfast table where Mrs. Bennet gives us all a nice recap of the ball. At the end of the minute Jane receives a letter from Netherfield hall, of which the contents will be revealed next minute.

Minute 14 - Under the covers
This minute we get a full scene of just Lizzie and Jane talking under the covers about the men they met at the ball. One of them gets more positively reviewed than the other.

Minute 13 - Dancing. Even if one’s partner is barely tolerable
Join us for this new episode where we continue the conversation from last minute, we see Jane and Lizzie being mortified by Mrs. Bennet’s sense of showing her daughter off. And we witness the tragic death of Mr. Darcy when we he said “So what do you recommend to encourage affection?” and Lizzie ends him by saying “Dancing. Even if one’s partner is barely tolerable.” We finally end the ballroom scene and are now lying under the covers with Jane.

Minute 12 - Jane is a splendid dancer
In this episode of P&P Minute we are still at the ball. There is some dancing, some partying and conversations where Mrs. Bennet brags about how amazing Jane is and how tragically plain Charlotte is.
