While in Pelosi’s office, Barnett bled on an envelope, so he took it and left a quarter for it. During his trial in January, he said he took the envelope because it was a "biohazard."
Taking the envelope resulted in a theft charge against Barnett, and he was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison for his non-violent role in January 6, 2021.

The Political Prisoner Podcast: David Moerschel
David Moerschel, a neurophysiologist and Crisis Chaplain from Florida was in Washington, D.C., to offer medical services for those protecting VIPs at a political rally. David went up the Capitol steps to provide medical assistance, not to protest, and was entirely nonviolent. He did not enter the Capitol willingly but rather was pushed by the stampede.

The Political Prisoner Podcast: Brad Rukstales
After hearing ½ of Trump’s speech, @brad_rukstales turned on the TV to see people with American flags at the Capitol building. He wanted a picture! With no barriers and no violence he walked up the stairs with a large crowd. Police were casually talking to a protester, not telling them they shouldn’t go through a wide open, undamaged door. Some people nearby were tackled. He turned to leave, tackled by an officer and dragged into a hallway.

The Political Prisoner Podcast: Barry Ramey
Living in a cage lined by rat droppings and gagged by the stench of urine, Barry Ramey has been focused more on surviving death threats from known gang members than preparing for his February 21st trial in front of a jury of Trump-deranged DC democrats.
Ramey, a legally innocent pretrial detainee, was slashed with a knife across his face by a convicted criminal that he is housed with in the Northern Neck Regional Jail. Ramey has not been convicted of any crimes.
Barry is among two dozen January 6ers being held at the Virginia facility, now mixed into the general population with convicted killers and rapists. Many have been moved there from DC Gitmo in the recent months.
