"Nothing to fear but the fear itself" are the words which help today's guest go through the difficult times fighting with cancer. In this episode, Maureen York talked about the importance to keep calm and relaxed, when faced with challenges, because it puts the body and mind in a state of readiness to heal. We can create the pain in the body without realising it. Instead of manifesting and thinking about the illness, our focus goes towards being healthy and bringing awareness to life.
