Everyone has a vision at some point
What's your vision?
Apple, Google, SpaceX, and Tesla all have fantastic visions.
However, visions are for more than just your business or career.
No matter who you're, where you live, or what you do for a living, you had a vision at some point in your life. Maybe it was going to college to land a great job or starting your own company. No matter how big or small, you had a vision.
You had an idea of what you want out of life, for yourself, family, and team. However, somewhere along the way, things can take a turn and get out of control. Your vision starts to seem impossible, seems untouchable.
You started the business; You got the dream job, but you're overworked, overwhelmed, and not in control. Maybe you make great money, perhaps you have a nice home and a fancy car, but you're not living the life you envisioned, can't travel, or make it to your kid's games. You're are not fulfilling both sides of your vision, the work side, and the living your life freely side. You're either sacrificing your career/business or your own life/family.
So, why is this happening? Why is it so hard to have both? I'll tell you why in this short Podcast Episode.
