Gun violence in the US has reached a point when we have to address its fundamental causes. One of those causes is the existence of the Second Amendment. Should the second amendment be repealed and replaced? We discuss this question.

The recent derailment and toxic chemical spill in East Palestine, Ohio has raised many issues of how the railroads should be run.  Should there be more regulation of the railroads, should there be less regulation.
