Today we're talking all about positivity.  Justin Graves (my friend and first guest on the podcast!) talks about how he's maintained a positive outlook no matter the state of his health or the energy of the people around him. He also talks about He's on Wheels, his goal of meeting one new person every day, and how he's doing his part to bring people together and create community. 

I think intentional positivity is so important. I don't think it's something that comes naturally to most people, so we have to make the conscious decision to choose happiness every day. I hope you all are choosing happiness. There are always things you can be grateful for in your life.
